As soon as I walked in the room there was an overwhelming smell of urine. I asked to change rooms, but there was not another double bed room available to accommodate 3 people. There was one king bed room available. 2 of the guests stayed in that room and I had to leave and search for somewhere else to stay. I had this room reserved for 2 months and very upsetting that we could not rely on a place to stay for a weekend that has limited options due to college move- in

Comfortable stay

The scenery and surrounding areas are breathtaking. The rooms were okay, but there were shells on the floor under the edge of the bed. The pool area has broken drywall and pelling paint, with rust and corrosion arounf the chairs and sprinkler heads

The Sleep Inn was a very friendly place that made you feel like home. We apprieciatte the support of being able to change rooms as an issue was detected that nobody had told them about with room 217. Our room was very relaxing as they upgrade us. Breakfast in the morning was simply a great way to begin our Sunday. Angie and people working there should be given a raise for what they do in preparing, checking, and cleaning the Inn & Suites.You are close to Lexington 5 minutes, go to Hardens for their fabulous service, however only 26-30 people can be served at one time. The owner and their staff brings fun, food, and feasting upon their quest.

Stopped here on our way to virginia beach. Employees were great. Only issues we had was "heated" pool was not heated and room coffee maker was dirty. Everything else was great.

The hallway on the 3rd floor stunk. It smelled like rotten something?

Great place to stay and easy on the pocketbook. Service was great and the room was clean.

Our room and bathroom were disgusting. The bathroom reeked of urine and the room also smelled horrible. We changed rooms but the second one wasn't much better. The carpet and upholstery were badly stained. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here. Old and dated is one thing, filthy and unsanitary is quite another.

Hotel was clean. Parking lot was clean and well lit. Restaurants are about a 10 min drive away. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and had suggestions of where to eat and things to do in the area.

Hotel itself isn't bad at all. The lobby, pool and rooms are clean. The bathrooms and tv could use some upgrading. Checking in was a little weird due to the employee not respecting the fact that I had completed the online check-in which included a picture of I D and a picture of CC. Her response for asking for my credentials again was that she has to verify my info. If that's true why have online check-in? The employee next to her asked her, "what are you doing that for?" You should never judge a book by It's cover.

The place was clean and the staff was nice

The room was so disgusting. There were bugs and bug pieces in the bed. Along with hair and blood. I cannot begin to express how vile this place was. We did not stay the night. We asked for a refund and showed the night desk clerk several pictures of our room confirming the nasty condition.

I would give them a 5 star rating except the $20 per pet per night for my dogs which was NOT stated in the “pet friendly” aspect of this hotel. I’m thinking it’s Hotels.com for not providing enough information about that policy. My first night was $60 and the second was $60 so we decided to leave early because of the complete lack of communication with the girls and hotels.com. $120 for a 2 night stay. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. No one can travel with their pets anymore without being charged a fortune for the stay. I could assure you that my pets are a lot more behaved than most children. Terrible situation.

Problems with hotel every afternoon when trying to get into my room. Several trips back to the desk to get room key fixed. Constantly checked out by staff or “system” during my stay. Arrived to a nasty room, trash, dirty beds, dirty bathroom on first night. Room service never came to my room during my stay. Do not recommend. Mush nicer places to stay in the area.

Easy check in. Very nice staff. Breakfast was open for a nice length of time, and had wonderful selections. Loved the options at the front desk of toiletries if you forgot something. Coffee/tea available all day/night. Fruit also available (apples). Very nice hotel for the price.

The shower needs updated. Stains on walls was a major issue. Everything else was in upstanding condition.

Very clean. No musty smells. A/C ran clean smelling. The pool and hot tub were so chlorinated that walking in burned our eyes and cause bronchial issues for my sister. No hot tub for me 😢.

This was our first time staying at a Sleep Inn. Was absolutely impressed with how clean amd comfortable our room was. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. We had no complaints whatsoever and will definitely stay here again if in the area

The pool is alot smaller than I thought it would be, even for indoor. Its still nice though with the hot tub right beside it. Staff seemed a little moody, or just really quiet maybe. The room with the hot tub was nice, but the hot water knob on the tub was broken needs work done(room 121.)
