Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Rooms have great sunset views over the caldera. Location is really good as its 2 minutes to the local bars and restaurants, only 15 mins walk to busier Fira, and we also walked to Oia in under 2hrs. Highly recommend this hotel

Simply amazing. Worth every €! Easy walks to Fira town and local bus services to other parts of the island. Attentive staff. We had a room right above our pool so it was like a private pool. Restaurant fabulous and also pool bar cocktails at sunset.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pegasus Spa Hotel in Santorini, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect.
The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. The architecture and decor are quintessentially Santorini, combining traditional Cycladic charm with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with a private balcony offering a spectacular view.
The plunge pool was at the perfect temperature, making for a refreshing dip while enjoying the scenery. The spa facilities at the Pegasus Spa Hotel are top-notch. I indulged in a couple of treatments, and the therapist were professional and skilled, providing a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The outdoor pool area is equally impressive, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of local and international dishes. However, I found the restaurant could have been better, though there are great options around it to explore.
Overall, my stay at the Pegasus Spa Hotel was exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and stunning location makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Santorin

Incredible!!! The best place to stay on the island, avoid all the crowds and be near amazing restaurants, grocery stores and etc. Walk away from the main city, recommend go city later at night or early morning after cruise madness folks have left

The staff was amazing Marie, Danielle, John, Lora ( I hope I spelled everyone’s name correctly). Truly the best staff and the most knowledgeable. My daughter and I had the most amazing and memorable experiences. Can’t wait to come back again. When we do return, this will be our choice of stay for all my future visits to Santorini.

Great location for Thira town and superb caldera views, 15 minute stroll for town, quiet and super friendly and engaging people creating a lovely family feeling. Lots of steps and hills you'd expect It is not 5 star in our opinion and the room we were initially offered was not as booked and described on the web site. MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFY ALL THE FACILITIES YOU WANT/EXPECT AS A SPECIAL REQUEST DO NOT ASSUME IT WILL BE AS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED ie jetted tub, honeymoon privacy, mosaic tiles! Etc... breakfast team and daytimes around the pool are great....lots of great restaurants and places for the more discerning nearby, nothing goes on at hotel in the evenings but food and room service are good. A lovely place for a week and lots seem to hire a car to explore further around the island which is easily doable! Staff made this a great holiday.

Very lovely and clean hotel in an amazing location with a breathtaking direct view of the Caldera. Amenities and services perfect. The whole stay is beyond our expectation. Super friendly Staffs. Big Thanks to Maria in the reception & check in . Very welcoming and helpful til the end of our stay . We also got a lot of informations from her. During my life I have stayed in some of the best hotels in various countries (Park Lane, Bremen, Biejing, Singapore etc). I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel were amazingly professional, extremely helpful, polite and in every way excelled. They were as professional as the best cabin stewards/esses in top airlines. Particularly, John / Arthur / Maria / Daniella and Lorna. Most staff are Greek or Albanian and the latter dispelled any previous thoughts people may have of their nationality. Brilliant place, excellent food, outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at Pegasus! It’s in a great location - easy to walk into Fira and Imerovigli but also away from big crowds - and our room had a beautiful view. It really doesn’t get better than soaking in your private tub, then having wine and dinner on your balcony while watching the sunset over the caldera. Maria, John, Cora, and all the staff were so kind and helpful with recommendations to make the most of our time in Santorini. We were sad to leave!

This hotel is absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful views and fantastic rooms!! The food at the restaurant was incredible. Staff was amazing, so friendly and attentive!! We also got massages at the spa which was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be staying here again. Very close walk to Fira, great restaurants nearby. Just fyi if someone in your party is handicapped or has difficulty walking there is many steps at the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Pegasus for our anniversary trip and we couldn’t have been happier! The hotel’s at a prime location with so many cafes and restaurants nearby, and only 20 min walk to Fira. Staff were all so friendly, especially Maria at reception. She was very welcoming and hospitable, and gave us so many recommendations for local restaurants and basic information about the island as it was our first time in Santorini. Overall a very pleasant stay. A nice sunset view from the balcony and we enjoyed our hot tub every night!

We had a fabulous stay for our honeymoon. The views are breathtaking, the room was beautiful and the staff really helpful and welcoming making our stay extra special. It would be 5/5 for all areas but we had a few issues with the electric and the fittings hanging off the wall in the shower. Minor bits that I'm sure will be resolved.

We stayed in Pegasus for 4 nights. We opted to rent a car in santorini and the hotel had safe and easy access parking, the phone map takes you directly to it. Upon checkin we were greeted with champagne and an amazing view of the caldera! We booked the honeymoon suite with our own private patio & outside jacuzzi. On our first night we watched the sunset in our own balcony and we again were greeted with wine on the house while we enjoy the view. The daily breakfast buffet was also super amazing! We had everyday we were there! They had daily cleaning of our room so every-time we came back from breakfast the room was made brand new again! The location was far from oia (we drove to it) but definitely walkable to firostefani & fira. Walking at night to fira to eat and drink was amazing. I wanted to eat at the Athenian house which was conveniently walking distance from Pegasus. This is definitely the most relaxing & quiet stay we have had, just enjoy the view & each others company. Lastly, the staff at Pegasus are amazing!! We met so many of them and they all talk to you and give you suggestions and tips. John from breakfast everyday basically memorizes everyone that comes in and how they want their coffees. Andreas from maintenance was always kind and checked in on us. Make sure you tip them!!! They make this place awesome! Will definitely be back again & suggest this stay to anyone!

Great hotel and in a more quiet area. Views are spectacular and the staff goes out of their way to meet all of your needs. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, and it is about a mile from Fira. Worth every penny especially if you want great sunsets and a tranquil place

Just a small remark re breakfast, the cook loves to decorate every part of the food with a cream, maybe customer would like to Chaos on his own if he wants ketchup or are topics on his breakfast, it’s to much…. Make it more original and let the customer decide about a cream, makes it also healthier:)

I would like to express my appreciation for the dedicated staff members of the establishment, who have consistently demonstrated their commitment to their roles and the well-being of the hotel's guests. However, I must raise a concern regarding certain aspects of the hotel's policies and the manner in which they were implemented during a recent stay.
My partner and I reserved a Junior Suite for a duration of 8 nights, amounting to a total of 2275 euros. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and distressing family circumstances, we were compelled to prematurely conclude our stay after only 3 nights and 4 days. While my remarks pertain primarily to matters of policy and service, I wish to reiterate my positive assessment of the staff members who have diligently served us.
During our departure, I encountered several instances which gave rise to my concern:
1. There was an unexpected charge of 15 euros for the consumption of a beer and a glass of wine, which were enjoyed over the course of two days. I humbly submit that such charges, particularly when they become a subject of dispute, can detract from the overall guest experience and perception of the establishment.
2. Despite the availability of an internal airport transfer service, I was surprised to discover that the hotel did not offer assistance or facilitate transportation to the airport upon our departure. Instead, a charge was levied for this service.
Given the circumstances surrounding our early departure, I believe that

Wonderful location with a stunning view. The entire team at Pegasus are extremely helpful and friendly! A fair amount of steps on the property but hey... you're in Santorini ...so steps are a part of life. I look forward to returning soon and enjoying some of the best greek salads, grilled Octopus, and Saganaki I've ever had...right in the hotel restaurant.

We stayed at Pegasus Spa Hotel for 5 nights, and from check in to check out our experience was superb! Maria at reception and concierge was truly a gem! She helped arrange my boyfriend and I an incredible boat tour, and even after visiting 3 Greek destinations, we both say the boat tour was the best memory! The staff is kind, they smile and ask how you are whenever they see you. The room was beautiful, and incredible comfortable! Breakfast was amazing, and the service was outstanding. One day I was outside reading, and one of the breakfast servers brought me over a glass of champagne! They truly know how to make you feel safe, welcome, and valued! I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Pegasus Spa Hotel if you decide to travel to Santorini. Every single excellent review is true. :) Thank you, Pegasus Spa Hotel staff for making our vacation one we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Property has nice view life changing. I booked for our honeymoon. The area is not touristy but still got the vibe. The staff were all friendly especially the lady who welcomed us. They also carried our bag all the way. There is also parking. If you are not a good driver though and you plan to drive back to hotel at night in the dark, you have to be very careful. It is pitchdark at night and morning before sunrise. Otherwise I recommend this property. Memorable honeymoon for us. Thank you

The hotel is located between Fira and Imerovigli, which means it's easy to walk to either town. This also means it's a quiet spot compared to both towns (very private too). There are many dining options in walking distance.
Hotel is in excellent shape and the staff are constantly cleaning and working to upkeep the facilities. We loved our room! And we would definitely go back.

We enjoyed breakfast at the resort every day and they do quite the spread.
The main pool is awesome, but our room also had a cave plunge pool, which was very convenient. Originally it was heated, but being from Canada, they turned off the heat at our request and it cooled off very quickly to become a little more refreshing.

Had the best experience here - rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to cabs, renting ATV, reservations, etc. The view is INCREDIBLE, with a great pool. And the location is steps away from so many dining options, supermarket, rental spots, skaros rock etc.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at (and I am well travelled around the world!). The service you will receive at Pegasus Spa & Suite Hotel will leave you wanting to extend your stay. Special mention must go to Jon and Kailla who went above and beyond to make my partner and I’s stay that even more memorable. I cannot emphasise how amazing this hotel is! 10/10!
