I throughly enjoyed my stay, the property was very quiet which allowed for maximum relaxation, the room was clean and spacious with the kitchenette. I would recommend.

Very beautiful area around property. It is on the beach so that was convenient. There is a good size patio overlooking main road in room i got. They washrooms could use a bit of update. Overall very affordable compared to others in area

I.had room 113 next to the parking lot...there was not too much noise from it..plus we had a car so i found it convenient. Bed and pillows comfortable. The room is a solid 3 its not modern or even updated but not to thr point that i wouldn't stay sgain. I stayed 3 nights and i was overall comfortable. The negative was the buildings are delapidated on the facade, the lawn is beautiful but walking around is very ugly ( old paint peeling, dingy looking, it seems there's long stay tenants bc there were units w visable plants, clothes lines, a regular apartment porch) there was no staff member stationed on the beach, the beach in front the property was unkept, sea weed came in ( normal.but you could see other property workers cleaning it up. Raking and picking it up. But it just stayef there all day at ours) i didn't do anything on the property so i dont know what if anything is available..i saw a beach bar over in a corner but i didn't go over
My 3 nigjts consisted of a place to sleep and Enjoying the beautiful water. We had to clean up seaweed and debri to lay our mats to sit, i saw like 8 to 10 beach chairs but a few were visibly damaged and the rest were clealy very old and dingy looking. Check in was fine and swift, staff was helpful.and very pleasant. Like i said its a solid 3 my room was good but buildings are very unkept and beach area needs more attention. Price could be a little less based on the lower quality but the location makes it worth it

The room I got had an ac issue. It didn’t work well, which made us feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving and getting a room at Tamboo.
The staff were helpful, but it still just wasn’t comfortable.

I always stay here when I come too Negril, the staff is very friendly and helpfully, I aways look forward too my next visit.
I usually walk into the town and back, but you can take a route taxi, the beach is a minute walk from you room

apparantel the room was not cleaned well, the tv and internet was down, no one was around to assist. i paid for 2 nights and stayed a miserable one night. did not even bother to ask for a refund.

This may not be a 4 or 5 star resort.But they sure treat you as though you're at one when you're there. From the greetings from Joan,Nadine and Miss vivant making sure my every need was taken care of. And the star was Sandbox bar&Restaurant. You have to go meet Carlton!! He makes you feel like family!! And the food... you have to try brown stew red snapper and the callalo!!
This is NOT the Hilton or the Hyatt but for me it was. Me soon come!

Upon check in the ac did not work in the room. Couldn’t get a room on the ground floor due to an injury. Do not book grom them better off calling them directly and booking. I’ve been coming here many years and the other parts that have a different owner will accommodate you much better. It’s just this part booked through this site at THIS Location that do not provide adequate Service and air conditioning.

My room was old and needed repairs. No clean towels no customer service after 11 o’clock not even hunger hung up your clothes. Closet door was broken. One room key for two. guest.

The beach was amazing. The property was in desperate need of repairs. Big gap in door entry. Water pressure was like 3 streams out of the shower head. We stayed 8 nights. I was ready to leave after 1 night.

My stay was average. I use to stay here every year for 15 years. This was my first time back in 10 years. The property has been sold and now has 3 different properties in one. The upkeep could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. No activities, the bar was barely open. The restaurant was good, but found out it was owned by another company as well. If you looking to hangout at the beach, it’s the perfect location.

I booked for garden view and originally was given a room ground level in the parking lot with large trash cans couple doors down and there was no window covering in the bathroom. After complaints of how unacceptable the room was I moved to a much better room the following day. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this facility.
However, the staff were really nice and accommodating. If it wasn’t for them I was going to cancel my stay and stay elsewhere.

I have stayed here MANY times in the past and have Always loved it! This time i feel like the management was trying to scam me, telling me they didnt receive payment for the hotel from Expedia when i know it was paid because it already came out of my account. They told me they had no way of communicating with Expedia to find out on there end what eas going on and wanted me to give them my credit card. SCAMS...hopefully the owner looks into the people running the rooms! Everything else was great!

It’s was not so much the property. It was the dingy, dirty looking, sheet, towel, and pillows cases. Old furniture. And false advertising on website.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. We loved the beach and ate lunch at the Sand Box cafe just about every day. Very good food and reasonable prices.

I have many good things to say about this property! I recently stayed here for the 5th time. However this time just a few disappointments. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment that could sleep 3 guests. I get the apartment so that for some of my meals I can cook in the kitchenette. I had 1 fork, 1 glass, no wine glasses, 1 plate, no spatula for eggs, no dish clothes. Being that these items have always been there in the past , that's what my expectation was. Also, No shower rug. I asked 5 times and upon my departure they finally showed up with it. That is a safety concern! the 1st few days I couldn't even get a lounge chair on the beach. They should have enough chairs for maximum capacity! They did have chairs available but for those of us that get quite bite up by the sand flea's this is not a good option as your feet rest in the sand and that's where the bites happen. After several days I was told by other guests that if I paid the lifeguard $20.00 he would make certain I had a lounge chair each day. That shouldn't be happening!
Now the good stuff!. My room was nicely cleaned every day I requested it. The beach is great, big and cleaned each morning. The bartenders and really all the staff were always nice and did the best they could to meet our needs. I felt the property was safe and they have guards 24/7. I would stay here again, however they should tweek a few things.

The unit is 104. It's clean but old with dark corners to turn as you walk the grounds to get from this Standard Room unit to dining/bar and beach. View/balcony is of the street entrance. No electric outlets in bathroom for hair dryer or flat iron or WaterPik. The unit is not worth more than about $60 per day. The front door is flimsy and unsecured. Looks like it was kicked in at one point-it is on a slant so bottom of the door has a gap between it and the door frame-lets in mosquitos. The door handle is a kitchen cabinet handle, has no weight, and the lock barely latches. It feels VERY unsafe! No instructions on how to use the safe, no iron and ironing board, a few wire hangers in closet. There is a mini fridge but no microwave! The restaurant menu is limited and there is no opportunity for fresh fruits and vegetables of the island to enjoy and not many fish options. Bottled water is scarce. Unit has no phone and so must call front desk/office from your own phone or walk to front desk. Each condo is individually owned so changing to a different unit is impossible. No info provided in the room about Wifi access/password which was EXTREMELY NECESSARY for me. I spent hours trying to find someone that had the Wifi password. Different units have different passwords and service. The room A/C unit is decent and ceiling fan. There are NO beach towels. There are only sheets on the bed-I get cold when sleeping.

staff is very welcoming. grounds are kept clean. beach area groomed. restaurant food is very good. wishing that the bar staff worked more efficiently, yes it is possible to take two beer orders at one time. working efficiently could save the server time and energy. go to the beer cooler once for two orders instead of back and forth.
