It was quiet. The property was clean offering a stove, fridge and dishwasher. Glass shower - breakfast, Quick area for food and activities. Definitely would stay again.

My ID and my wife's IDs were photocopied and saved there so it might be an identity theft. In the room heating was not working, pretty cold. Furniture renovated but the bad was probably 50 years old so it does not keep a shape and produced a loud sound every time you turn. Terrible night spent. No breakfast, not even breakfast area or tables, nothing to eat, only coffee and some snack bars. No fruits or yogurts... It was under renovation, sheets on the windows etc. Terrible as a in a low level motel.

Contractor in the middle of renovations, lots of things in the room were not done. One cabinet door was missing screws, C table screws were not tightened, water pressure was very low, and a/c filter not cleaned. These are very simple things a normal hotel room should have done before guests stay in a room. Towels had clumps of hair in them, it was very unsanitary.

Nice hotel currently under some upgrades so I understand not perfect. Be ability for them to provide a receipt was unfortunate. I had a nickel for every printer that was not working. Sonny was great.

Upon check in, it was communicated that the tv may not be working.
The beds were on squeaky frames that made noise when laying or sitting on the beds. Bathroom hand soap did not have a dish or anywhere other than the counter to lay the soap down. Toilet paper did not have a holder, just placed on top of the toilet. The floor had not been mopped. I took my shoes off and walked around to and from the counter and fridge, went to take a shower and my feet were black. Unacceptable

No one at check in waited 15 minutes. Under renovation no notice on site. Asked for towels and a pillow ignored. Sheets and cover dirty in spots. TV out for a day. Grab and grow breakfast was a granola bar and an apple. Staff was indifferent did not appear to care. No ice machine, etc.

We had a lovely weekend at Homestyle Suites for our son’s wedding.To be honest, I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms and staff were. They are doing some renovations in the lobby and hallways, but the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Each room has a full kitchen and there is even a Grab n Go Breakfast in the lobby. We had a great weekend!!

My newly renovated room at the Homestyle Suites was very nice. Staff was very cordial. Room was a bit noisy at times (from room above and next door room). Would recommend to others to stay here.

This property is under remodeling and the room smell of paint very strong, there is non advisement on their website saying they are under renovation.

Easy check in/out, quiet property, bed are not too comfortable but for the price is ok.
Tv is pretty older and didn’t work well, stayed 2 nights and nobody cleaned the room as normally other properties does

I always have a great experience at this hotel. Staff is great and always accommodating. I return to this hotel on all my visits to Annapolis. Very warm welcome . They know me by name now and i notice as with all their customers they are treated with kindness. Thank you

It's ok. If your staying one night and leaving it's fine. No ice vending machine, no coffee during the day or coffee in your room, no conditioner. You have to ask for your dishes at the front desk and then bring them to your room. The beds are okay, pretty worn though, but the room is clean. The breakfast is only granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee. It's basically the bare minimum.

The worst hotel in Annapolis by far and away. The hotel was dirty. It was loud terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Loud! Could hear people walking around the floor above, could hear people walking through the halls, could hear everything outside. Mildew smell in room, carpet stains, chips in furniture, very small bed, shield up at front counter made me question safety of neighborhood, it’s not “breakfast” as advertised, at approximately 10pm as I’m trying to sleep the front desk calls to ask “is everything ok with your room”. Seemed odd to me.

This property is under renovation, so there an under construction view. There was no closet in the room. The room has older furniture with a cot type bed. The bathroom door was unable to shut and the internet was very hard to connect. The price for our stay was considerably less than the competition. In all fairness the Mgmt to contact our room and offered to move us.

Yes they are renovating to make it a really nice extended stay type hotel. Each time here it's been a quiet stay and they keep construction area neat as possible.
Based upon how nice the bathroom has already been updated, I believe that they will update the kitchen and rest of room really nice as well.

Yikes. Air conditioning does not work. No kitchen supplies in the room. Asked the front desk for a spoon and bowl but they had no bowls. Hotel under reno but the air conditioning is a problem.

Dusty room, and unfinished remodeling in the room. No hot water for two days. Very low water pressure. No in room coffee maker. Requested one from.front desk, but it was broken.

This isn’t a nice hotel. Of that, evidence abounds: chipped furniture, frayed carpet, thrift store bedside lamp. A pervasive smell of cream of wheat. The breakfast consists of coffee, packaged oatmeal, off-brand honeybuns, and granola bars. A sign glued to the vent-a-hood reminds guests to open their windows when cooking.
And yet, during my morning stroll to the honeybun cabinet I was reminded that there are families and children who call this home on a weekly to monthly basis.
This isn’t a “nice” hotel. And $88 per night seems high. But it is dry, safe, and relatively clean. The shower worked well and the beds were soft. In the end, the sparse amenities are offset by a heaping share of reality and a reminder to be grateful for what I have and mindful of what others lack.

the staffing is amazing! but, the only issue i ran into was my first room the shower pressure was HORRIBLE so i had to move rooms.

The description says that breakfast is included. Breakfast consists of packets of oatmeal, nutrigrain bars and honey buns. Everything is empty in the kitchen. You must request utensils and we received plastic ware. You must bring your own cookware, can opener, wine opener, knives, plates, cups etc. The room was clean, but could use more blankets for the bed. Laundry is available on site, coin and card operated. It's $3 per load for each machine. The room needed a lamp or 2. The staff was nice, but because they are renovating, its a bit of a mess.
