The front lobby was renovated and very nice. However, the actual buildings where the rooms were located looked like section 8 housing. It was old and rundown. The halls were not lighted. The room was gross. It was supposed to be nonsmoking but you could see the cigarette burns in the toilet seat. There was a sticky stain on the floor and old hair on the carpet.

My stay was extremely stressful however not due to Quality Inn. The staff are so sweet & helpful considering the reason my youngest son & I were staying here. Very clean, great air conditioning & comfortable beds. Good Experience overall

To start off, the address on the property was incorrect. When I put it in my gps, it took me to planet fitness. I called the number listed, the staff answered and immediately hung up. I called 6 more times, no one answered. I finally just clicked "get directions" on my reservations and it took me to the area, but the 6511 address listed is incorrect. The whole hotel smelled disgusting. The sink in the hotel room was barely attached. The shower head was horrible. No water pressure, barely worked. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

I have been staying at Quality Inn and Suites in Hattiesburg, MS every time I come at least 4 to 6 times a year. The hotel has been going down. A few problems room smelled like smoke, tv didn't work, shower was horrible. That was the last time

We were glad to hotel did not have the room type we requested when we arrived. There were a line of people at the desk complaining about their rooms. We witnessed 3 groups leave the hotel to find other accommodations.

The stay was horrible they are doing renovations it should be shut down for renovations but is still up and running. The first room carpet was soaked with water. The second room was ok but for 109$ it was not worth it more like a 50-60$ stay

Absolutely terrible and disgusting hotel. Smells terrible and pics are deceiving. Nobody at the front desk and when they did finally check us in, they acted like it was so inconvenient. You would have thought we were trying to show up and check in at their actual house. The restroom in the room along with the shower were completely awful. No water pressure either. Only positive was checking out of the room. Would never stay here ever again. Booked a different hotel for our second night in Hattiesburg.

Wasn’t a terrible hotel. We were just passing through and needed a bed for the night. The room just felt really dated and gave off a “dirty” vibe. We did see two cockroaches crawling on our stuff in middle of night. Zero sign of any other pests. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff wonderful. It was one of the cheapest rates in town and we got what we paid for.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. This was just a quick, unplanned, overnight stay for us so I can’t really comment on the area. It was very quiet so we slept well for 8 hours so we could safely continue our journey. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

This property has bed bugs and they ate me and my 2 year old up. I talked to the manger and they still would not refund me my money!

Looks to be in the middle of remodeling. My room did not have a chair to sit on and the refrigerator was on a rolling cart. Overall my stay was ok and I will stay again.

When we got there the first floor was extremely humid and the room wasn't the cleanest. The sink in our bathroom had caulk peeling from around it and you coud see the mold around it, and the shower curtain was filthy and the smell of mildew was unbelievable. The second floor was humid as well and water was draining to the first floor from an broken ac unit. The customer service was good they were really nice and helpful but the overall cleanliness could have been way better and the doors to the lobby didnt shut all the way so that didnt help with it already being hot outdoors. This is more of a 1 star hotel.

Check in was easy. The clerks were nice. But there were big rolls of carpet in the lobby. The air was hot and sticky. The smoking area outside was terrible and felt unsafe, I think there were homeless people hanging around. Our room was ok, the air did not cool our room. Our door was jacked up, from struggling to get it open to forcing it to close. I would not recommend a family with children to stay here or a female traveling alone. But I guess you get what you pay for. Very sketchy area, hard to get to.

The workers was nice. The food was ok. They just need someone to clean better the restroom was not clean good. And the windows needs whipping down. And wish they had a pool.

Desk clerk was very very nice. Things in the room could have been better, the tv showed very poorly and the shower dripped all night. The face bowl wouldn't let the water out.

I reserved a non-smoking King, but front desk said there were none available. She had to put us in a Queen, which is ok, but why no King when that's what I reserved? Also she was hacking and coughing profusely! Shouldn't be working when that sick! Otherwise this is a decent hotel! I would suggest a small court yard in the back where there is a large grass area. Or at least some table and chairs.
