This is a new hotel in the outskirts of Pistoia. This is no disadvantage, as Pistoia is a rather small town. All amenities are excellent, as is the service. The restaurant provides excellent food at reasonable prices. All in all an excellent choice.

Only one night, but or stay was perfect.

Nice room, a few of the rooms dere renovated but the room we got was smaller than described. We had several visits in the restaurant but only first visit was ok. The restaurant tok Euro 2,50 for skating per person. We got a basket of dry bread, no plates, no oil/salt/peppar…potatoes were dry and the steak was served cold… also service were slow except first time…

Overall great - just one minus. I know current covid-19 restrictions, however definitely you could improve breakfast's organization and delivered food quality.

The hotel was in a great location and a short drive to Florence. The view from our hotel balcony was amazing. The staff was very helpful.

Welcoming accommodation offering a full breakfast, pool access (with swim cap) and an adjoining restaurant for evening meals. International travelers. Sounds echoed from tiled hallway. A constant fan option would have made room more comfortable while creating white noise

Fantastic stay - very relaxing and beautiful setting. Right in the middle of Pisa, Florence and Lucca but you would need a car to get around.

Hotel offers shuttle bus to drop you off in town and then pick you back up. We flew in from Canada and used it as place to get over jet lag..without being in a big noisy city...we loved it.

We loved our stay, however the walls are very thin and we could hear our neighboring guests all night long. Other than that, it was nice.

Such a great bed and balcony. Staff was pleasant and spoke English. My only complaint is thats the mini bar did not keep the water cold.

the location is amazing. we were in a superior room called IRIS, with a view o the Tuscany landscape. the room itself was wide, very good furniture. the bathroom was outstanding,all in white marble, with a wide shower . coffe and tea were complimentary, as well as all sort of beauty sets.Breakfast was with a big choice. th elocation , just outside Pistoia is very good to visit Lucca, Collodi, Monevarchi etc. the swimming pool is nice. well come back

Make clear when facilities e.g. the swimming pool shuts for the winter when accepting advance bookings -disappointinmg was not avaible during our stay

chose this hotel to avoid staying inside Florence and it was the right decision. 1 hour from Pisa and just 30 mins from downtown Florence, this was like having a little home on our trip. Excellent staff and nice hotel in a very traditional Italian town with less tourists, great trattorias and views of Tuscany.
