Traveled with my 2 children. Very close to the airport so very convenient. Wish the kid club was more available. Could only pre book one session and it got pre booked really quick. Spa was nice. The pools were good. Food was good. Rooms were good. Staff were nice. Our check in took too long especially for having 2 kids. It was not ideal but just how it is sometimes. A la cart restaurants were really nice

I’ve stayed at many resorts all over the world, and I was very excited to experience a resort in Ibiza, but sadly I was very disappointed. As soon as we checked into our room, we went directly to the reception desk to make reservations for the a la cart options. We were told that all reservations were booked and that it would not be possible to get a table. That was a shock since we had literally just checked in. I asked if we could be notified of any cancellations but was told it is too difficult for them to do that. Luckily on the second day, I checked again and was able to get an early reservation at Portofino. Food was okay and the white wine served to us was hot. The room was nice, but it had an awful overwhelming smell from whatever air freshener product they used. It was so strong and honestly made me nauseous. The worst part by far was the food at the buffet and sports bar. When you think of Spain, you think of delicious food. This was definitely not the case. Everything was either bland, overcooked and certain foods were inedible. I can’t remember one good thing I ate there. The only saving grace was the location of the resort which leaves you close to the airport, nightclubs and other attractions. Most of the staff was nice, some more attentive than others, but generally no complaints about the staff.

Great place to stay with a fantastic location.

Everything was great, the services provided, the staffs went above and beyond to accomodate me. The location is a big plus, walking distance to the beach and the main night clubs, food was awesome, i will definitely come back to this hotel.

This is a good all inclusive option if you’re staying in Ibiza, depending on what you’re going for. We were a large group celebrating as a family, so it was very convenient for that situation. Probably wouldn’t recommend it for couples or single people because there’s not much to do besides the pool. Check-in was very disorganized and chaotic. For example, two separate people in our group were assigned a room only to arrive and find it was already occupied. Overall, this is a good hotel, the food is great, and it’s very convenient but you could probably find a better deal if you’re just looking to go out on the town.

This resort is good not great. Location is great and most of the staff generally is kind and friendly. The biggest issue is the food. The food is ok at BEST and the term “all inclusive” is a bit misleading. Ginergerale is not part of the standard offering, that was considered premium which is ridiculous. Staying at the “white” resort after 10/11:00 there is no food or service and you have to walk all the way across the bridge to the other resort. For the price point and mediocrity of the food and options I’d say stay somewhere else more economical.

The beach is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The room we were assigned to had a very powerful sewer smell. Impossible to sleep in. They tried to offer other rooms, none with water view. Finally settled to the room above the initial one that had a more tolerable smell. The property is dated, the plumbing needs major fixing.

This resort is amazing. My experience here was really good. So clean!!!! The food was delicious!!!! The chef never miss a beat. The service was immaculate . The staff were amazing! Thank You everyone at the Grand Palladium

The hotel could not find our reservation. Hotels.com management had to make us a new reservation.

Great stay

The property itself was set up well but we had issues with the room which had to resolve. Had also requested a ground floor room which was accommodated, offered a complimentary transfer to the hotel which wasn’t booked, the alternative taxi which was meant to be paid by the hotel wasn’t either. Have messaged for a refund but no reply yet.

This hotel was incredible. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re looking for chilled nice vibes throughout the day, but it’s also a short walk away from some of the biggest clubs in Ibiza. Amazing selection of restaurants and bars and the staff were so friendly. The spa was also amazing if you are wanting to relax and use the facilities. One bit of feedback I’d give is that it should have an adults only pool - the other pools were very busy so we struggled to get loungers sometimes. Also, the VIP upgrade wristband wasn’t worth the money. We also asked for some more water to be sent to the room and were told that we would be charged for it which seemed unreasonable. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again. It was only 10 mins from the airport so it meant you could maximise your time and with it being a short walk from Ushuaia it was really handy for us as we had an event on Friday.

Great hotel, not quite 5 star compared to the Caribbean, Greece or Turkey. Welcome - No welcome drink, but we did get our room earlier than check in which we were grateful of. Room - Faultless except, you have to ask to restock the mini fridge for water or soft drinks. Facilities - Good. La Sal Buffet - Excellent food, quality and choice. A la carte - Ok, could be better, preferred the buffet. Kids menu is terrible unless you like chicken nuggets. Entertainment - Good kids disco. Table/ poolside service - non existent. Pools - Excellent! Beach - Very close to hotel, amazing beach/ sand and sunset! Hire car option - They didn’t have any available for our whole stay and weren’t bothered to help, quite rude. Taxis - Excellent, cheap and great service. The Palace is better than White Island in our opinion, lovely hotel, most staff are nice, table service is poor, rooms are perfect, cleaning staff are excellent. Food is generally good except a la carte. Hopefully the not so great things are better if we visit again.

Staff were very busy which resulted in slower service and them appearing stressed. However, they were still good. This property NEEDS an adult only pool or lounge area. There were too many children everywhere. A heated pool would also be great. Overall not bad for the price.

Food for an all inclusive was EPIC, so much choice, premium seafood options, fresh bread, paella's were good. Our bathroom didn't smell great, bit damp and drain like though. Spa was a disappointment considering a premium €30, the thermal pool was super cold, the steam room wasn't very hot, and the sauna was lovely. Due to it being the last few nights before they shut for winter a lot of facilities were closed eg a la carte restaurants so it would have been good to know when we booked, just felt we didn't get the full choice of what we paid for. However I would go back, the service food and room were nice and super convenient for an early flight home.

The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one.

Great accommodation with wonderful staff and service with always a smile on and great facilities. Near to the airport and city centre. Great for family outings and with friends

Was nice definitely not a 5 star resort far from it not worth what they charge food is underwhelming floors to the room are all dirty staff at check in not very nice impossible to get a taxi waited over an hour would stay again if it was less then half the price I paid to stay there

Great all-inclusive! Taxis came by frequently to go into the city and clubs, however, the amenities offered were what made it worth it! Also - super close proximity to the beach. The only critique is that I wish we were informed more about things that was offered (we had access to the beach but not the benches umbrellas).
