Hotel was ok. King room was very small with no drawer space. Staff was friendly. Had to get another iron ours was sticky. The second didn’t work at all. Location is good. Has notes on reservation and they didn’t read them.

The hotel was very clean. Beds and bath! I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed! Love the white, clean bed cover. No dirty, ugly bedspread. Free breakfast was great and convenient! Will stay again. The Valet was great and all were so helpful with directions regarding eats and entertainment.

We thought we were getting a room with a view. We asked for the manager. We were told no one could help. This is my last stay in a Hampton. This was our celebration for twenty seven years of marriage. No one seemed to care.

Based on the terrible hotel (Comfort Inn & Suites) I stayed in during the first leg of my vacation, the Hampton Inn & Suites was excellent. Clean, spacious and very convenient to the Reedy Falls Park.

Everyone was extremely pleasant from check- in to check-out. This is was my first visit to Greenville and I must say Greenville owes me nothing, the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. All the eateries you can think of, live entertainment, and picturesque. A must for anyone who hasn't visited before.

Everything seemed clean and all the employees are very friendly. The parking garage was full so I used the valet for $25. They were friendly as well. The area is extremely convenient and pretty and seemed decently safe. I would stay here again

I have stayed at this property twice and will return. It is a lovely property in a great area for both pleasure and work travel to Greenville. The staff are polite, pleasant and helpful. The facility and location are nice, attractive and convenient.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go. Having the parking garage located adjacent to the property was so convenient.
Our room was clean and spacious and the balcony view of the river and Peace Center was just what we hoped for.
The only complaint would be that the bed was extremely firm, not allowing for a great nights sleep.
We would definitely stay again.
