Our room was comfortable, location was great for a night in Bocas Town, and the balcony overlooking the water was nice. This hotel is right next to the water taxi dock, so it's convenient upon arrival, and was surprisingly quiet for sleeping.

Great location right in town. We had a balcony view of the water. The front desk was super helpful to help organize tours. The restaurant was delicious they had vegan options. They morning breakfast was good to and a few places over. They provided beach towels for excursions. We had a great stay would definitely come back. It can be load at night but earplugs are provided

The room was beautiful! The Hotel was in the middle of town, so I thought that it might be noisy and it was. It was a nice touch that they provided ear plugs. The staff was super friendly. The only thing I think that they could improve on it to have suggestions on the activities in the area. The dining was fabulous and we really didn't feel like it was necessary to explore other options, except when it was close. Wonderful atmosphere for dining.

Had an amazing 5 night stay at this hotel. Great location. Clean room! Great A/C. The view is absolutely gorgeous.Restaurant attached to it is 10/10. The staff go above and beyond at this hotel to make you feel at home and welcome. Yacina made our stay memorable. We will definitely return. The owner Carla was also very friendly and accommodating. Well located in downtown, but noisy. No air conditioner in the hallway.

The room was spacious with AC and the beds were comfortable. The large balcony was a definite plus. Breakfast and the fresh juice were delicious. Earplugs were provided so the town's activity doesn't keep you up.

This was a great property! Highly recommend getting an oceanfront room. You have your own balcony right over the water with comfy chairs and a table, but with enough space to do yoga. The staff is very friendly and happy. The bar restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious! The location is right in the middle of everything, you can walk anywhere in town from here. The owner is also very friendly and constantly in and out if you have any questions or want recommendations. We loved our stay!

8 minute walk from the airport, dead center of all the action. The staff was terrific. Fun little bar out front and water front restaurant out back. Cozy feel. We had a large room with a great balcony.

Can’t recommended this charming property enough. We stayed in a standard room for two nights. It was clean, comfy, perfect location but I regretted not booking one of the rooms with an ocean balcony. We made an inquiry and were in luck. We upgraded to room 11! It was a suite with an entire balcony. Worth every penny, it was so wonderful to sit in evenings watching the water taxis go by while having a beverage. This suite is so spacious (sleeps 5), clean, comfortable. Deck has a table, lounger and patio set. The reception staff here are AMAZING. They attended to every need. I can not say enough about them. I had a medical emergency when staying in Bocas (nothing to sue with hotel). They called a taxi, called ahead to clinic to ensure a doctor was there AND someone who spoke English. I can’t express my gratitude for their kindness. They’re laundry service was quick and professional. We met Carla,the owner, who was kind and personable. So happy we found this gem on Expedia.

We loved our stay. From the owner to all of her staff we truly felt welcome. The food and drinks downstairs were exceptional. The property was well cared for and we even got upgraded to an oceanview balcony room for the last three nights of our visit. Thanks to all who made our visit to this part of Panama special. We will be returning for sure.

The luxury room is nice and big, with a pleasant balcony over the sea. The staff is very nice and very friendly. The hotel is centrally located.

Great hotel for our small family - 2 adults, 2 young children. The room was really comfortable, air conditioning great, check in was easy and staff were very friendly. The noise at night is loud but was drowned out to an extent by the air con, but not the hotels fault. Good location for water taxis and restaurants. Breakfast was ok - crepes were tasty. Overall a good hotel but a bit expensive for what it was. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and food was delicious, it just feels a bit basic with the plastic tables and chairs that wobble.

The suite overlooking the ocean was exceptional. The property's woodwork was very unique. The balcony was huge with an amazing ocean view. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Great property, right next to boat dock for Caribe Shuttle and Hello travel Panama. Right in middle of downtown. Very convient to tours, water taxis and mercados. Suprisingly quiet with the AC on, music from next door stopped around 10 pm. They do a quick laundry service for $10. Bed had a slight dip on one side so we used the twin for the second person. Good safe and AC in room. Room was up 2 floors, the staff help with bringing luggage up and down. Good breakfast.

Lovely hotel on the water, lots of polished wood, and nicely styled rooms. Could get very noisy though, depending on the day/night, due to central location.

Warm welcome. Friendly staff. On the waterfront along with many other hotels, bars and restaurants. Rooms are somewhat dated but ok. Very young crowd.

Amazing friendly place !

Excellent location in Bocas town, tons of surrounding food and drink options. Extremely kind, accommodating, and friendly staff. The breakfast was enjoyable. Close location to water taxis. Seems to be a popular backpackers hotel. However, at the price point, I had much higher expectations for this hotel. The hotel itself was advertised as having an elevator, but there is none. The hot water also seldom worked, which would be understandable for a hotel with a lower price point in Bocas Del Toro, but not for over $100/night. Keep in mind that unless you pay for an ocean facing room, all the other rooms will be pretty loud. There are many hotels on this block all within a few minutes of each other, unfortunately mostly not on Expedia, at significantly lower price points, many of which offer a lot more than this stay.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. We stayed in two different rooms because we kept extending our stay and both rooms were clean and pretty spacious. One shower had hot water but the other one didn't. My only complaint is that the beds were not too comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's also next door to a restaurant that had some of the best meals of the trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Everything super clean and nice. Just when you make the reservation try to get the rooms looking at the ocean. Also at night you can listen to some background noise music, but it was ok even for our kids to sleep with.

The place is ideal for a visit to Bocas del Toro. The room had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The A/C is a plus as Bocas can get very hot. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar and both were very good. My only complaint is the rooms in the photos appear much larger than in actuality.
