Wonderful stay. A little disappointed that neither fireplace was on during breakfast, though I probably could have asked. Front desk and breakfast staff were amazing and our room was comfortable.

We stayed for a weekend. The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ok...I would stay here again because overall it was fine. The service desk attendants were nice. The breakfast was fine. I liked being next to the open stairs on the second floor. The fitness room sucked, but I did use the treadmill and the t.v. actually worked. Areas need to be cleaned and toilet paper in the bathroom hallways always need to be monitored! I loved the fact we were directly across from a dairy bar and let me tell ya it was worth it!

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly. Our room was roomy and we liked having a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking. We would stay here again

Very disappointing. Room reeked of mildew and mold. Determined it was coming from the a/c. Upon further investigation, there was visible black mold on the inside of the unit. The smell was so bad (and unhealthy), I just turned it off an had an uncomfortably warm room.
There is no channel guide, and the navigation of the TV and channels was terrible. TV also had a blown speaker so the audio was all crackly.
Just an overall well below average stay. I am honestly surprised by the high rating this place has.
Just some context; I stay in 50-60 mid-level hotels a year (Hamptons, Countrys, HIE, Fairfield Inn, LaQuinta, etc., etc.) so I know what to expect and what not to expect. This place was very subpar by comparison.
The question I ask myself; would I stay here again. The answer is no.

Check-in was quick and friendly.
Overall the room was decent and clean but the property looks tired. There was some mold in the corners of the tub/shower and a huge paint chip missing at the top of the tub surround but the shower head. The entire place couple use a deep clean and fresh paint.

Location is good, staff is friendly and helpful, the floors could use a better cleaning, our room seemed to have mold on one wall, when staff was notified, they were taking corrective action.

Super clean room for an older facility. The 24-hr hot coffee/tea bar at the foyer was a definite plus. Very friendly staff.

Great hotel! I would stay there again. The pools were nice, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient. I felt like the shower could have been cleaner/nicer. The bed also hurt my back but I was only there for a few days. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel doest offer daily cleaning ….. you get room cleaned only after 3 days… this should have been mentioned while booking…this didnt feel like vacay if i have to make my own bed after paying

The room is spacious but seems not well set up. The shampoo is totally empty, missing light bulb in lamp next to sofa, there is no hooks in the bathroom for you to hang clothes. We checked in pretty late evening, it should be more well prepared.

I love the waffles and the breakfat but the coffee was too weak. The swimming pools were awesome and very refreshing. The fitness center was nice but there was no wipes to clean the equipment after use. I liked the idea of putting trash and dirty towels outside the door so housekeepers could replenish them however, putting dirty towels on the floor in the hallway without containing the
germs with a plastic bag was nasty and probably a
violation of health codes.

Spoke to someone over the phone a few days before checking in and they said we are getting upgraded to a suite. When checking in the staff at the front desk said there is no note for that. I didn’t want to argue we were exhausted from a 5 hour drive. It’s fine just put notes in properly next time. They stay was fine.

Enjoyed the stay for the two nights we were there. Only thing was one night we came back around midnight and a front desk worker gave my wife and I odd questions when entering the hotel. other than that everything was good.

Wonderful check in staff, clean room. Parking is easy. Hot tub was amazing. Fire pit out front was a nice touch. Easy few min walk to the great escape and marthas. Breakfast was good, fresh coffee and tea available all day.

I had a room on the first floor and would never stay again on first floor. Kids running in room above mine til 11:30 at night back and forth, jumping and loud bangs . Could not sleep well at all.

Affordable hotel with a great location! This is our go-to hotel when going to the Lake George area. It's located right next to The Great Escape (within a couple minutes walk to the entrance gates) and across the street from Martha's Ice Cream shop, which is a must! The hotel itself is very clean, friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful daily free breakfast. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub along with an outdoor pool as well. This is truly a perfect place for families wanting to go to the Lake George area. You won't regret staying here!

Hotel was nice and clean and offered comfortable beds and soft pillows. Bathroom was a nice size with huge mirror. There was a small plumbing issue but after going to front desk, they were able to have someone fix the problem. Coffee was always available and having the firepit at night was really nice!

easy to get on highway from this location to go north to Lake George and south to Saratoga. We happened to hear commercial for SPAC and got to see John Legend impromptu

Our stay was brief however this is a cute hotel if visiting for the six flags park.
Beds are comfortable, the pool was a big hit for my kids, breakfast is decent.
