Nothing unique and a few shortcomings, but a most enjoyable stay. Good pool and poolside area. Shame there was no nice bar to enjoy anv evening drink/nightcap. But all good and would say book it

Very much noise between rooms. Bed very hard and pillows not so good. Breakfast food was good, service at Breakfast good..

The room was lovely and clean with a nice big TV. Kettle available for the room at reception which is great as I love a cup of tea. Breakfast brilliant, great choice and wine also. Only fault was the loud drilling and banging from building works below our room which on some days started as early as 8am . I feel we should have been made aware of this building work prior to booking and rooms on the floors above should not be used as this was very loud and woke us up. Staff polite and friendly . Lovely stay would return in the future.

Good location, breakfast, and facilities.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was on the 10th floor, with a partial view of the sea and a great view of the castle. Our room was large, comfortable, and updated. The staff at check in and check out were professional, welcoming, and engaging. The breakfast buffet was fine. We would stay here again, and we'll recommend the hotel to friends visiting Alicante.

Great welcome upon check-in. We were early to the hotel but we were pleased to know that our room was ready. Lovely bright, airy, clean and comfortable room. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the hotel, and it's great. The breakfast is brilliant. Plenty of choice and it's nice and relaxed.

Nice view, good breakfast, helpful stuff, close to public transport (tram, airport bus), beach is an easy walk from the hotel.

Nice short stay, quick stroll to Postiguet Beach. Staff very helpful. Bar/lounge area a bit soulless and basic. Solid breakfast buffet.

This is a nice property, if with somewhat dated rooms Staff were friendly and efficient with requests. Dining room was great; breakfast service is worth the €13 a day. Bar areas were clean, easily accessible, staff made me feel welcome. Pool was just cool enough to be refreshing on moderate afternoons. Sun deck was semi-private, can’t be seen from the street. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. WiFi is good, some slower times but still very reliable. Overall a great value for the price. Also they have a kid friendly area.

Strong shower, lots of hot water, nice pool with lots of loungers on deck, excellent service in Spanish & English. Good breakfast buffet, had some things for celiac which was nice, great coffee machine. I would suggest a fresh juice option (even at extra cost), & there was only 1 meal at pool bar/restaurant that was gluten-free. Can use pool before & after check in, & is shower by pool. Wifi worked 90% of the time. Gym is small but not bad. Spain was having a heat wave so AC was rarely enough everywhere in south of country. Room big & clean, lots of big towels, decent bed & frig, gel & lotion only. Balcony was large but enclosed on all but 1 side with window. I prefer a balcony that extends, but probably too hot anyway. Walls are thin so I had to knock on neighbour’s door at 11:30pm & 2am to ask to lower their voices. Location is fabulous, 20 min walk to beach, town, mall & movie theatre, right at foot of Castillo so no real view. On bus/tram line. My only complaint is the AC vent sucks air from somewhere where people smoke. I eventually turned it off as I’d rather deal with humidity & street noise than smoke. It was so bad in the bathroom I had to close the door & hold my breath sometimes when I went in. If they made this whole hotel smoke-free (including the outdoor areas), I would recommend it without reservation. They couldn’t tell me where the vent sourced & there were no other balcony rooms free. Really nice staff.

Great stay at hotel maya, got upgradedfor a small amount to a mediterraneo room with sea view. Bed is great, breakfast complete and good quality (except a bit of challenge in rush hours). Pool atmrea has improved since last year and is amazing. Will definitely go back

Fabulous location for beach and old town 15/20 min walk with great restaurants. Staff are excellent and very helpful with tips and maps on arrival. You can hire beach/pool towels and of flying in early or leaving late they are very accommodating.

I like the friendliness of the reception personnel. We didn’t have enough toiletries. We used the hand soap and it was not replaced with a new one when the room was cleaned

This is our second stay in this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent and it is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of the city.

Hotel was ideal for us, just on the edge of the old town that we would prefer, good secure parking, nice helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast. 10 mins to bars and restaurants walking.

Comfy hotel, staff werr friendly and room had everything we needed. 24hr check in was a real bonus as our flight was cancelled so had to book last minute. Didn't use the facilities of the hotel but they looked good

Great option to stay!!! Hotel is cose to Alicante Castle and walking distance to harbour and city center.

We stayed for 3 nights and our flight was early morning and thankfully we were able to check in as they had a room available. Ruben on reception was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely not to mention the Cava! All the staff we met were efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, good price and an excellent base to explore Alicante and surrounding areas

Breakfast always the same. You can hear other people snoring in the rooms, although I’m sure my baby bothered them more with her crying. The surroundings are meh. Hotel itself is nice for 3 stars.
