The beds were uncomfortable, but after a long day one just wants to sleep. The sofa was better compared to the bed. The internet was terrible, nothing connected.

We love staying here and the new renovation were excellent!!

This was my second time staying at World Quest and I absolutely love that. You have options of the two bedrooms and two bath, which makes it feel like you are really at home. I know they are just elevators, but I really wish the elevators were more clean and smell better. But I will absolutely stay here again in the future as everybody working there has always been very pleasant and I hope it stays that way

This was hands down the best stay at a hotel I've ever had. The room was exactly what I was expecting. It was clean, and the kitchen in my room was stocked. That is not why this hotel earns a 5/5 though. The radiator in the jeep we drove down blew about a half mile from the hotel. Through some very selective driving to prevent over heating, we managed to get it back to the hotel. But here we were, a day into our trip, hundreds of miles from our home in new york with a vehicle that had a blown radiator. The car was not a rental. It was a personal vehicle. We were lucky that we had two mechanics with us who were able to acquire a new radiator and fix it. When the resort maintenance people found us working on the jeep, they could have gotten upset. They could have told us we weren't allowed to do that there. They could have yelled at us for making a mess. (we did) but they didn't do any of that. They asked what was going on, and they loaned us tools that we didn't have to help us fix the problem saving us both the time and the trouble of buying those tools. When the front desk found out about our issue, they gave us coupons that saved us money at several restaurants. The outstanding empathy in the face of what could have turned our vacation into a nightmare is what earned them this review. 10/10 would go back again.

The unit we were in was very worn out with the appliances and kitchen being very outdated and broken. The biggest issue we had was the noise. Each night there were large groups of people screaming at the top of their lungs from their balcony for hours at a time. This occurred between the hours of 11pm and 3am. When I called to the office they said they were aware but couldn’t tell exactly which condo it was from. Then the people directly above us seemed to be having a party each night and moved furniture around until the early morning hours each night. None of us got any sleep.

Refrigerator barely kept our food cool , I didn’t get my complimentary bottle as stated on website . Asked for courtesy wake up called and they said they would but they did not . Ask for extra towels when checked in and they said I can just wash the ones they gave me .

Best resort!!! Best mattress!!!…best customer service!!!!… super clean!!!

I really enjoyed this property compared to staying in a hotel. The apartment vibe with good space, washer & dryer and the covered balcony was a plus. Having the nice big pool accessible if you just wanted to just take a day of relaxation. This property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice. Also, this property is close to everything, shopping, dining, and attractions. I would recommend and I would definitely return.

I loved the fact that there was a full on kitchen here. You can go to a supermarket and cook your own food. It is a little far away from things. If you don’t have a car, you must use an Uber to get anywhere.

It was an amazing place, I love how beautiful the interior was decorated, it’s a nice family oriented place to stay. Pool area was beautiful and clean. Only flaw was that the tiki bar was close most of my days there and when it finally opens it was for only a few hours (more like 3 hrs only )

The location was great and amenities are decent. Proximity to Disney was great. The rooms need to be better maintained. They’re not thoroughly cleaned or maintained. No cleaning or basic replenishment of goods seems ridiculous for the nightly costs. The pool area is not maintained at all. No towels at all. It’s a mess daily.

Very Nice. Loved the pool. The 3 bedroom had plenty of room. My only small issue was that the shower never really got hot water. It was warm enough, but never really hot.

We booked a 3bd got updated to a renowned room ,very modern rooms ,but was dessoppoited with not workinfg dryers in the unit and mold on the window frames. But overall not bed unit

The property was conveniences and close to the parks but they only offer two shuttle times and only to two parks. I ended taking Uber each day. You have to pay a resort fee but no daily housekeeping and a fee if you like fresh towels (quite disappointing). I also received dirty towels… Gym was not good and property is not new (could really use a small facelift).

Our favorite resort for so many reasons!! Always clean, so much room, quiet and close to the parks. We can't wait to come back.

This was the worst hotel experience we have had - would not recommend staying here if you are visiting Orlando. The first night we arrived, we had an unit that was newly renovated, however the whole unit reeked of paint when we walked in. Water pressure was non-existent in the shower and there was no hot water for showering. The blinds in the bedrooms were also transparent and inadequate for blocking out the lights hanging right by the window on outside of building. We then were switched to another unit for the remainder of our stay. This unit was older and furniture was outdated. Water pressure was still suboptimal. We found 3 dead and 1 alive mini cockroaches in our second unit. The master bedroom sink did not drain water. Our sheets were old and had holes in them. Overall, would definitely not recommend this property.

The road noise from the highway next to the building was very loud. The Condo is very dated and could use some upgrades and new furniture.

Very convenient location for shopping and visiting parks. Very safe. Confortable place to relax. Big swimming pool. Rooms with good space and well equipped kitchen.

The property location was very good. The exterior very well cup and the pool was beautiful. The bathrooms are spacious, but the interior is a bit dated. The kitchen cabinets are in need of repair and the stove was quite old.

We won’t be staying there again. Staff were friendly but the property is dated, we had to change rooms because it was very unkept. The dishwasher door was hanging off and there were stains on the walls and sofa. The hot tub didn’t work the full time we were there.

Only thing need to put shampoo holder in master bedroom shower

It was a very big space for a great price. The staff was very helpful in providing extra blankets when needed. It was quiet and peaceful.

Had a good time. Easy check in and clean property. Very easy commute to Disney locations.

Great place for families, fun doesn't end when you leave parks. Great, beautiful heated pool & that tropical & very homey place to stay! I'll go again & again
