Needs an update and deep clean.

The trash truck at 4:45 AM was not the best wake-up call.

A quiet night located near plenty of restaurants for an overnight trip break.

Close to exits, fuel, and dining. Fantastic staff! Feels very safe. One elevator was malfunctioning, but it now appears to be working properly. Room has refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. A great value!

Second week in a row I stayed here for work. First week room key had to be replaced every day, guess I was doing something wrong. Second week, it did the same, and I didn’t keep the key on me this time. Annoying, but not end of the world. Just annoying. During the second week, we came back to the room with the thermostat or unit itself malfunctioning, the room was 95 degrees. One of the two women at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was asking what we could do and seemed frustrated or that it was costing her money to get us a different room. Also, my key didn’t work on that room either. Also, a small complaint, but still valid when compared to other hotels, they had cheese omelets everyday on the breakfast, it never rotated. I thought it would maybe switch to scrambled, but never did. I could be picky, but the keys never working really got under my skin since we were in town working 11-16 hour days, and having to go right back downstairs for a new room key was very frustrating.

Great staff.

The first room air conditioner did not cool the room even after several hours. They had no one who could re pair it. We were in a suite. We had to change rooms to a standard room which was okay but they could not refund the difference in the price to us at the hotel, we have to call a 800 number to try and get the re fund. The se cond room thermostat did not work but at least the room was cool, but we were unable to control the temperature. They need a/c help. Also the breakfast was was poorly done.

Initial checkin went well with the staff very knowledgeable and courteous. No extra pillows due to “renovation”. Lots of wear and tear showing on hotel public areas. The room smelled like a sweaty gym- more than stale air- mildewy.

Friendly staff, easy check in, clean and comfortable room

This hotel is a great place to stay the only thing was the pool was closed but we would definitely stay here again. Lady at the front desk was so sweet and made checking in a pleasure.

Nothing

The property was sufficient for what we needed... a place to sleep while attending the 127 Yard Sale. It was clean and safe. The staff were helpful. My only complaints are the price (but everything is more expensive now) and the pool was out of order. I'm not sure I would have used the pool, but for the price, it should have been available.

It was ok

Imma critical wench. This place was clean. I didn’t feel gross. Water pressure in shower was awesome. Sheets crisp and white and clean. Room stayed cool. I actually slept. All in all good value !

2 separate hair dryers didn’t work. Room was musty. Shower head only had one sitting and it leaked whether water was on or not. Bed comforter had stains. Shower curtain had stains. Staff didn’t seem to care about issues. Left a day early from hotel.

I would definitely stay again. The only is is that a truck gas station is right there. Makes some noise but not enough to keep you awake

the little gal at the desk was a sweet heart... breakfast was great...totally impressed at how good the biscuits and gravy was. only complaint was someone with a forty ft trailer and f 450 truck took half of the parking spaces.

The hotel is in a bad part of town and the surroundings are not good. The hotel itself is old and needs to be updated. There is a brand new holiday in. Very close by that we wish we would have stayed at. Would not stay here again

Overall all it was a great experience. The property is in good shape, but a little worn around the edges. The room was great. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were in town for a couple of nights. Hotel staff was very friendly, easy check in and check out. Breakfast was tasty. Beds were comfy. Only complaints.. there was mold on ceiling above bathtub and the drain in the bathtub was stopped up, so you ended up standing in quite a bit of water while showering. Over all pretty clean, just need to update in the bathroom.

We arrived and booked the nearest hotel. We are happy with our choice. The staff was friendly, the room clean, the beds comfortable and the pillows (2 firm, 2 soft on each bed) allowed everyone their comfort preference.

Parking lot lighting is awful. Its super dark and of course we left something in the car and needed to go out. The ice maker on both the 3rd and 4th floor was broken. It looked run down and not maintained. The room was cleanish...it looked okay but didn't feel clean. It was likely the poor hallway lighting and dirty feel.

Breakfast was commendable

Check in and check out process was easy, rooms were clean and well furnished, and all the staff were kind and helpful.

Everything was clean and comfortable. However the rooms ac made a constant clicking sound. We had to turn it off. The bed pillows were way too thin.Got a sore neck/ back from it. The hotel is near restaurants and gas stations next door. Also a Sam’s club next door.
