Great stay. We meet family here a few times a year to pick up and drop off grand kids. My daughter is very picky about where she stays. TownePlace always meets and exceeds her high standards. The property is very near to I-40 with many dining options.

Seems pricey for a bed and a so-so breakfast Tried to book again for the return trip and they are sold out. Maybe it's because we're trying to get rooms for the weekend.

The location is good across from the busy side of the interstate. Rooms were clean.

Great location right off of the highway. Close to nicer restaurants. Clean. Room smelled nice not musty. Staff was very friendly.

Hand soap was missing from bathroom. No big deal but a 10 minute inconvenience. Wifi would connect and disconnect constantly.

Hotel was super clean and room was excellent size for two queen beds. Very nice setup for kitchen. Overall the whole hotel was nice looking and clean.

Breakfast was just ok. At 8:30 in the morning no eggs left. Staff would not bring any more eggs out even though breakfast bar closed at 9:30. Very limited on breakfast selection. Not family friendly. Breakfast and hotel was geared more toward a business single person on the go. Went to desk numerous times and no one was there. Not a very good greeting staff. The hotel is way over price for what you are getting. If you or family are wanting a place to just lie down at night there are numerous hotels in Cookeville at a lower rate for the same ammenties or better.
