The bed was extremely comfortable. The cost for the room was affordable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. Lots of choices.

EVERYTHING was out of order. the pool, the ice machine, the coffee machine at breakfast the juice machine at breakfast. our whole reason booking this motel was for the indoor pool and we didn’t even get to use it!!!

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel was quiet.

The juice machine at breakfast was broken. The heating system in the room was a bit noisy.

Pool pump broken and not available. Coffee and juice dispensers didn't work. Manager left paper under door explaining they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms but would answer questions between 7am to 3pm. Didn't even work through check in when people would have questions.

Pool was closed and was a big reason we booked so my child could be occupied with something to do for awhile.

I liked how convenient the hotel was in proximity to the interstate. The lady working the front desk was very nice.

We arrived 30 minutes after the posted check-in time and our room was still not ready. When we finally did get to our room it was not what we expected based off of the website pictures. Dirty carpet, disgusting bathroom etc. The hall way was in desperate need of a vacuum. Was told we would get a refund because we decided not to stay but that never happened. Pool was also cloudy and the pool deck was nasty and there were no lights.

I was released from my reservation after visiting two rooms that didn't work out for me.

I walked away from my stay. My initial room was next to the motel washer / dryer and I could hear it through the walls. I asked for another room. The second room smelled strongly of industrial room and my eyes watered. I asked to be released from my reservation, and the clerk agreed- that was the best part of the quick visit. I didn't stay, but there was a charge processed against my card. I understand it may take a week for that charge to drop, but in the meantime, it puts a hold on my card, and I had to request more funds from my company. Not so happy.

there was food left in the fridge and trash in the trash can. The manger never returned my call I went to the front desk they didn’t help me either. I paid 140 for the room I expected it to be clean but it wasn’t.

The rooms were extremely humid . Our blankets felt moist and the floors felt sticky.

hotel was very accommodating and our room was ready for us 2 hours before normal check in. Complimentary breakfast variety was very good and staff friendly. Bed was super comfortable and very good shower water pressure.

we stayed on the second floor and even though the air conditioning was running, it was always very muggy in our room and smelled musty. Not sure if it’s always like this or if they were having air conditioning issues as we did report two water leaks we saw from hall ceiling and around window.

Close to the university. Very quiet, good view.

The coffee was not good.
