I was a great trip! It was my birthday.

The front desk person gave me a keycard that didn't work. I schlepped all my stuff back down to the desk, and she printed two more. They still didn't work. I used the hall phone to call someone, and discovered that I was supposed to be in room 965, but she had written 956 on the envelope for the keycard. Twice. She really needed help- she was like a one-armed paper hanger, and seemed frazzled. The room was decent, albeit a bit dated, but clean. I didn't love that there was no fitted sheet- only a flat sheet that was tucked in, so when I pulled the covers down, the sheet came loose from under the mattress. I also agree with others that there should be designated parking for hotel guests.

Nice room, but no USB Hookups in the room. No Vally parking. Very limited staff to take bags to your room. Great slots. Check in staff was Great. Sugar restaurant very good food.

This hotel needs to clean their property. The outside of the building had trash long the walkways. They could use a good pressure wash. The small gazebo like structure in the lobby looks as if people just pour out their drinks on the concrete seating the it doesn’t get cleaned up. Cracked marble pavers around the columns in the checkin area outside the entrance. Basically dirty. Management has issues hiring people I’m told ergo no valet service but still hire an outside cleaning service. Spray down your entryway outside every morning and clean the inside. Too dirty for me.

For the price it’s a good casino hotel. I went in the early fall and got a decent rate. The casino was fun, the restaurants were good.

I was in town for a gala that was hosted at the Bally’s Hotel and it was super convenient to be able to just go upstairs after the event! We would definitely stay again when in the area!

No valet service. I have mobility issues and had to walk a far distance from the parking lot to the hotel.

Nice room and decent staff. Their problem is theor breakfast shop is being remodeled and there is very few places to eat. Plus their sports betting room closed around 9pm even though there was a NFL game going on.

Room was okay had to listen to the NASCAR practice racing around the track all day after a late night in the casino.. (not cool). and room service is a minimum. I spent a lot of money, but I like Dover, staff service is good, could be better if bartenders knew how to make a drinks :-). Will see you next time. Thank you

The stay was, for the most part ok. The only complaint I have is the mattress was very uncomfortable. Honestly it felt like the mattress had not been replaced in several years. It was a busy weekend for us and therefore I didn't have time to address the issue with guest services. RM442

Never disappointed when we stay here. Very clean...mattress and pillows are wonderful...shower is amazing!

Over all the stay was good.My only complaint was that I had set up for two King Size Bed Rooms and I got 1 king and 1 with two double beds. and the only reason I was disappointed is that we are not small people. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay and the Casino

I will be back soon.everything was good house keeping was great she's a tall slender lady of color..I don't remember her name. Only issue it was so cold in there casino ,and some stores doesn't open until Tuesday.or Weds. Sugar factory food was good . overall I give 4-star.

This was my first time staying at Bally's. I needed some R&R and this hotel gave me that. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed myself. No slots this time, but maybe next time.

Great staff. Nice rooms.

I was disappointed that one of the three bars was closed for private event on a football night and the other two bars are really small. But the prime steakhouse lounge as great and the bartender Natalia was awesome.

The room was nice but nothing spectacular. Many options for dining so that as well as the casino makes it i nice place for a weekend.

I really like the Bally's Dover Hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable and they are a lot of slot machines to play. I had a great time there and I will be back soon.

Our room smelled like marijuana!! Horrible!!! Also, the front desk was not helpful when we requested to have my sister-in-law’s room on the same floor as ours. She was traveling without her husband and would have felt more comfortable with a room near our room.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very welcoming and room was spacious and clean. Would have liked more selection in restaurants though.

Large room, beds were soft as well as the pillows. Large room and bathroom. Lots of room to move around.

We found the rooms and hotel to be clean. The mattress wasn't too comfortable. As for check-in service, we found them to be rude, uninviting and not helpful. On the other hand, the evening Supervisor was spectacular! Had it not been for her I would've canceled our reservation. I'm so sorry that her name escapes me. However, the red headed black girl on the evening shift was just miserable and nasty! The black male (hair in ponytail) on the morning shift was just as nasty! Their unprofessionalism was just uncalled for! You would think they were paying me to stay at the hotel! Smdh! If they don't like or want to do their job give it to someone else! I've never experienced such poor customer service!

I would recommend

We arrived and the check in staff was not friendly. Everone looked like they didn't want to be there. Room....there were toilet bowl stains, hair from the previous stay on the bathroom floor and the carpet wasnt vacuumed properly also the remote for the tv was broken. Told them we were going back out to please leave it in the room and when we got back we had to call a second time. The check out staff was awesome and very friendly. Not sure if i would ever go back.

An uneventful stay. Just what I needed.

Comfy beds and helpful staff. Its ice machine was bangin.

We were blown away that we were given a suite…. It was beautiful and we will book again!
