No shower curtain in bathroom. Called front desk and was told nothing they could do. Brought up more towels. Wall paper peeling off wall by shower. It made it very difficult to take shower. Ice machine broken on 3rd floor. No ice No one at front desk to answer questions on morning of departure Husband tried to lower blinds in room to darken room for sleep and switch was broken and piece of trim around window fell off wall and hit husband in middle of forehead

The property was decent.

The room I was in did not have remote for TV and the pool was closed down due to feces in pool. I really wanted to go swimming.

I hated it, never did anything fun, tv didn't work, no working phone. It was a bad experience

This is the second time I stayed at this location and both times I was very pleased. The room was very clean and staff has always been very nice and helpful.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Good location. That's the best comment I can give. Much improvement needed. Staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Not a location I would recommend.

The bedroom air unit was very loud. Was not able to sleep. If you turn it off the room was very cold. Wallpaper on the bathroom walls were peeling off.

The room was very clean and nice. It was above my expectations. The front desk staff was very welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

I don't like the smell that this room carries. We walked into our room to a strong urine smell, dirty sheets, filthy bathroom, we brought food back to the room placed it in the refrigerator and the refrigerator wasn't cool enough and it spoiled our leftovers. Money down the drain. Very disappointing. The place needs so major care. It's now too expensive . The accommodations doesn't match the price.The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which is great but the fruit was old. Just wasn't a good stay.

Super Clean

Large 1-bedroom with kitchen area. Comfortable and well equipped

I don't like this new trend of not having rooms serviced unless you ask (and sometimes, even if you ask you can get missed due to imperfect communication between the front desk and housekeeping). One of the problems is that guests leave trash in the hallways or by the elevators that isn't picked up until the next day. I know that this trend save money for the owners but we didn't see a price reduction to match, only the reduced service.
