The staff was my favorite. They were very pleasant and helpful and always checked up on my SO and I when we ventured out of our room. The breakfast options were bite-sized but tasty and sufficient. Room refrigerator and microwave very clean. Comfortable bed and nice television with decent channels. Wifi worked fine.

Appeared that any renovation done on the place was a half-job plastered together. The staircase flooring is stapled back together in multiple places. Public trash cans always full. Public tables and counter spaces always have stains and crumbs. Our bedroom window screen had a huge hole. Bedroom chair had some pink stains all over. Room bathroom had an ugly bathtub with what was clearly a quick fixer upper job done on it (the bottom must’ve rotted out or something?). Our comforter had holes in it. Our non-smoking room smelled faintly like smoke when we arrived and we notified the front desk immediately to avoid blame. The staff agreed that it smelled like smoke and freshened our room up for us and assured we wouldn’t be blamed for the scent.

Clean room but could use some updates . Don’t eat breakfast. Was pleased with the visit. Can’t think of anything that would not recommend to anyone

Perfect Location to Casino and Restaurant Surrounding, Hotel Price was Reasonable and Fairly Clean. Day shift staff was pretty good. n Kudos to Management Staff

Customer Service wasn’t great and a few was rude especially the night personnel at front desk. working on 2/18/23. Accommodations wasn’t granted. First Property ever was I treat this way.

it Smelled Like Cigarettes all over, even though there is a smoking free signs everywhere and the ice machines don’t work.
