Convenient location…Currently under remodeling

On 1/6/23, I woke up to bed bugs in my bed. Reported it to front desk, they transferred me to another room immediately. I was giving this email address [email protected] to forward pictures of the bugs to; no one has responded to my email as of today 1/9/23. I will not return to this hotel.

King suite and had no room to get to one side of bed. Went down for breakfast and tried to get a waffle and there was a burnt waffle from the day prior. Told staff on duty and was asked did you tell the overnight staff.

The staff was super friendly and extremely nice to me&&every guest I saw them speaking with and helping. I had the best nites of my hotel stay life there and will def stay there in the future near and down the road. If anyone asks about where they shld stay when needing a room I'll be suggesting Comfort Suites for sure. Very tasty and healthy choices for breakfast also keep up the great work.

Breakfast was fine with filled breakfast yoghurt, hard boiled eggs and waffles. A little more variety would be nice but it was fine.

Two of the four beside lights didn't work. Otherwise the room was fine.
