My stay was excellent. Completely new/renovated room. Very nice and spacious and very quiet.

The toilet in our room did not always work correctly

Check in was fast and easy, staff was so helpful and kind! Room just renovated. Super spacious and highest ceilings I’ve ever had in a room. Bed was super comfy!

My husband and I have two dogs, and we had a great stay. We had a suite, plenty of room. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. And always a treat when you don't have to make breakfast!!

Great location - we were able to walk to the airport! Manager Todd was exceptionally helpful - elevator was down so he carried our bags up the stairs! You have a gem there!

I loved almost everything about this hotel. Checking in was easy and the service was very friendly and helpful. My only issue when i got there was trying to figure out if i could go in the front cause there was a sign saying entrance closed due to renovation but it was pushed pretty far back. The room was really nice and big. They have a nice gym and the pool was really good but the hot tub had a broken vent type thing on the floor that was a little scary cause you could step on it and it gave way. They had a really nice breakfast set up in the morning withlots of options. Plenty of hot foods like eggs, sausage, and waffles and then other things like oatmeal, muffins, cereal, and fruit. They also had a coffee bar set up but the coffee was so weak it was more like slightly coffee flavored water. Overall i really enjoyed my stay there and thought it was a good price for what you get. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is currently undergoing construction renovations which we knew about ahead of time but it still had garbage from it piled up no where near the dumpster. A constuction lift blocked part of the driveway. The ice machine was at the very opposite end of the hotel entry & only on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The bed is extremely firm to the point of hard & the pillows are incredibly flat. The major issue i had was that there were zero lights outside around the property. Not even the sign was lit. I would not feel safe coming to, parking my car, & walking into the hotel at night. Please fix this.

Property conditions and facilities only for 4 stars cause the coffee maker was in the bathroom... i dont drink coffee... just found that odd. Alex checked us in when we arrived. He was a superstar. Helped us get to the nearest Walmart as husband forgot his belt. He didnt just say the directions are over there... he walked around the desk and handed them to us. He was a delightful person to welcome us. Very good at his job. At breakfast the kitchen attendent took the time to chat while keeping the breakfast bar tidy. All staff encountered were welcoming and friendly. Will deffinitly stay again!!
