Staff went above and beyond helping me with my unique issues, I couldn't have had a better stay at any hotel. Also gorgeous scenery, clean rooms, fast elevators, speedy valet.
The rooms don't have refrigerators, that would have been nice, but that doesn't warrant losing a star rating.

For our last day in Mexico City we decided to book a room at this Holiday Inn with the city view and it did not disappoint. Great location and clean and quiet rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

What a great experience! Our pick up from airport was convenient, prompt and very safe! The transportation to and from locations of interest was convenient and an added bonus. Our driver was also our guide on our trip. Personnel was extremely helpful and kind. Place was in a great location! The breakfast every morning was excellent!

The elevators were difficult to operate, sometimes they would just reset and not move, I had to leave early in the mornings and find the staff sleeping on the lobby couches, there were a lot of duct tape (literally) around the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good area of La Reforma. But the property has seen better days, although clean it needs to be updated. There is a musty smell in the corridors and in the rooms and the windows cannot be opened. Breakfast is basic.

When I stayed hotel restricted the a/c from 8:40 pm to 6:00am not published when I booked through Expedia. I spoke at the hotel but they didn’t resolve the issue.

Nicely located in one of the most recognizable boulevards of the world. Buffet breakfast was delicious and free. Bathroom fixtures beginning to show their age but in working order. Accommodating staff, we arrived after 2 am without incident checking in

I would book this hotel again due to the location. A lot of great food places, small shops, and cafes nearby. The hotel room could use some updates but I feel like we’re never really in the room to really have it be a big deal. Cleaning service comes around 8:30am so you might get woken up if you’re a late sleeper. Also, this area is a bit noisy at night so I don’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper. We were here for a night during a game and people were cheering till past midnight. Staff are friendly and speak some English.

No heating. Some story about turning on heat after 10pm until 6am-that didn’t work either. Ridiculous in near freezing conditions at night. Only positive is the location on reforma , a good neighborhood

Beyond expectations. This hotel impressed me not only from the room overseeing Reforma but the staff friendliness on every aspect of our staying. Breakfast menu was delicious and the Mexican cuisine was tested every morning.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to take a moment to commend your excellent staff. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. However, what really stood out to me was the service I received from your staff, especially Pedro.
Despite my inability to speak Spanish, Pedro went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing theater tickets by calling the theater directly on my behalf. He also helped me call an Uber when I needed one. I am truly grateful for his assistance and kindness during my stay. I also appreciate cleaning lady Lourdes. She cleaned my room that was really messy. She is very cute.
Pedro's dedication to his work and exceptional customer service skills are truly commendable.

The staff was super friendly and was able to accommodate my 1year old with her own crib. The free breakfast included was amazing and had great options for each day we were there. The location of the hotel is great and a lot you can enjoy on a walk.

The hotel is very nice but the air condition does not work and is very hot, a report to the front desk and they did not no much to solve this issue

Great Location. AC was too cold and didn’t adjust but room was great and slept very well. I’d stay there again. Breakfast was good as well.
