Loved this hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. It's a couple of blocks off the beaten path so it's quiet. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again

Very nice property and location was excellent

The room was beautiful and clean, as was the hotel in general. Off site parking is expensive but you are in the middle of the city so to be expected. Over all very happy with our stay.

If you want value for your money, this is the place. The staff was amazing, so as the room and facility. Coming back again, soon.

Hotel is short walk to old town (Granada Cathedral) and many dining options. Rooms are large and well maintained. Hotel has nice garden area with fountains for dining. AC little weak so room was warm (August).

Nice hotel in a good central location. Having valet parking made it much easier.

Hotel Staff very helpful and friendly, hotel well situated

Very pleasant. Exceptionally clean and the Reception staff were extremely helpful. We thought the bottle of wine on the table in our room was a welcome to the Hotel which we thought was a lovely touch so it was disappointing to find a 10 Euro label attached. We resisted. Be aware the toilet and shower doors are partially opaque glass - which obviously also means partially transparent! A novel experience and a little disconcerting to say the least - it is difficult to imagine anyone wanting to be seen behind the toilet door! It left us with a feeling that we had no privacy. It was unexpected and uncomfortable to have to make arrangements for the one person to sit with their back to the toilet door when the other needs to use the toilet. Not what I would expect of a 4 star Hotel. The spa and sauna were a real treat but we had not expected to be charged extra as paying guests - although when we checked it is stated in the Hotel information that it is extra so no complaints about that. The restaurant however was really top class and we felt thoroughly spoiled.

Location, locaton and location... clean, modern and yet classic, accommodating staff, refined restaurant, valet parking... and still quite affordable... Must check them out!!!

Clean and pleasant property. Front desk staff are nice and very helpful. Breakfast not upto the mark, could have been better. Breakfast items all were mostly packaged items and no freshly prepared items.

Amazing place and location!

Very nice hotel but disappointed to find the roof terrace shut, which was the main reason we picked it. We weren’t even informed we went up to find a notice on the door. The rooms are very pleasant with comfy beds and good shower, the only thing needing attention is the carpet which looked tired. The communal areas are lovely and the hotel has a refined ambiance to it. Great location too.

Excellent location and comfortable room. Did not like the fact that my partner got multiple bug bites that itched and were very red and uncomfortable.

Best front desk and mail floor spaces

Great staff. The rooms were nice but a bit tatty around the edges. Needed new carpet, air con didn’t work, chipped desk etc. Overall pleasant and a comfortable , huge bed. Nice balcony too.

Hi all,This is my first review of my hotel booking.I was very disappointed about Hotel Villa Oniria. I booked the hotel more than two months ago but when I arrived to check in I was shocked to find out that the hotel did not have a room for me. As per the concierge, the property was fully booked three months ago but they overbooked the rooms. So they sent me to a different building which they claimed to be "the same hotel". Instead, it was a totally different hotel with a different name. I found it appalling that they knew 3 months ago but only informed us at when we arrived without any apologies and they unprofessionally lied to customers to hide their mistake. This issue also could not be raised to the manager, because they claimed that they had no manager until next month. In the end, we had to call Hotels.com to problem-solve this issue and this whole process took 2 hours of our precious Christmas holiday.

Clean, well decorated hotel with all the necessary amenities. A little far from the Alhambra for walking it close to major streets for shopping.

Avoid this hotel. Very hard to find, inconvenient & the tall front desk gentleman was rude & condescending.

The property was nice, the room maintenance could have been improved as a desk chair was broken and light switch didn't work well. Looked very nice, and general areas were lovely. Maid service was a pleasure but that is where it ended. Staff was not around and no complimentary coffee available to house guests. As the manager stated, I get the room and no more! I booked two twin beds and got one queen.

hotel seems very nice in photos but in reality is very run down. mould in shower stains on carpets broken mirrors in public areas with sharp glass exposed. carpets in restaurant were worn down to the threads and breakfast was a poor offering. people even handled the breads with bare hands to cut the baguettes because not even a napkin to hold it with. poor service through out stay.

The stay was very comfortable. Villa oniria is elegant and cozy. One of the best hotels in town

A nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was a garret on the third floor with no windows - only sky lights. It was nice to have fresh air, but the noise of drunken revellers and fighting was disturbing. The neighbourhood is mixed - convenient to the squares but with too many sketchy types. The hotel is fine, but could use some maintenance. The restaurant is expensive and staff are a bit snooty. All in all, a mixed bag.

I'm pretty sure that this hotel is the most wonderful hotel in Granada.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Took time to answer my many questions about sites to see.
