The hotels, beautiful, the service was excellent, the rooms are very spacious, AC and Wi-Fi working perfectly fine, it’s right by the highway towards Veracruz so it’s very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and affordable.

Everything was great… except: I chose this property even though it was much farther than other hotels to the place we had to be everyday. I did so because it was listed as having a jacuzzi hot tub. This was important to me because my son was playing in a tournament and needed to be able to soothe and rest his tired muscles in the hot water each night.
As it turns out, the hotel doesn’t really have a hot tub. It is just a small pool that is the same temperature as the big pool. While it’s not cold, it definitely isn’t hot. I feel very misled by the amenities list.

No heating (thermostat was locked, technician came and unlocked it but air always came out COLD, in the end they admitted it is just not equipped to heat, BEWARE!). No bathrobes or slippers available. Limited and out of reach electric plugs.

The hotel is located in an amazing spot since it avoids most of the traffic of the city while also enabling quick connections to the inside part of town. Staff, facilities and amenities are definitely top rated.

Next to the highway, so if you are on a trip from Mexico-City to Veracruz or simmilar this is your place to stay, but if you are interested in visitin the city of Puebla you might consider somewhere more centric. Overall is a nice hotel, clean and friendly never to crowded and with spacious rooms.

Very nice property. I was there for only few hours as I was traveling early next morning. However the staff was so helpful. The restaurant was great quality of of food and service both were very good and very reasonably priced.

Great stay! Highly recommend! Better than any Holiday Inn I have stayed at in the US, or any other country. The made to order eggs at breakfast and the selection was way above what we expected and perhaps one of the best breakfasts ever. I recommend trying the “Green Juice”. Looks like pond slime but was amazingly good. The service was 5 Star from check in to check out. Next door there is a Brazilian Steakhouse that was fabulous that you must try if you stay here. Can’t wait to go back.

Two hours to check in because they didnt have our expedia reservation, i show them my email confirmation and they want me to pay again. Staff really dont know anything about how hotels work. Wifi like it dosent exist, i have to use my phone data. Never come back to this holiday inn actually should not be a holiday inn

We were at this hotel for one night only. It is a nice and clean place. It is located in front of the highway, you can hear somo noise, but you still can sleep and rest. Pool and gym are nice but the pool was open only early in the morning or late evening for maintenance but no advice was given until my son and I were there. We didn't not try the restaurant. Overall we liked.
