The property had no water when i arrived and the room shower never got hot water. Also, there were roaches in the bathroom. Not having water and then not having hot water was annoying for a 2 day trip.

when I booked with you it was not mentioned that the hotel is in the middle of being remodeled! There are remodeling supply"s stacked in the halls. My room (114) had not been touched except for a large hole cut in the wall to get to the shower plumbing. The 3 nights I stayed, the room was never cleaned. It was difficult to find anyone at the desk. The room (and the hotel) had a strange smell. NEVER AGAIN

Location was good for our needs on a one night stay to visit family. Bed just okay with paper thin sheets.

My friend and I were staying two to three nights a week for over a month because the price on my hotels.com was a great price for a nice hotel room in the better part of town. As of around the first of October the price increased from $55 plus tax to $69 plus tax, unfortunately we won’t be able to stay as often or as much as we were but we will keep it on our list for special getaways occasionally. Great staff still recommends to everyone who might ask how it is.

Property is being remodeled so there was no breakfast as advertised which had I known I would have stayed elsewhere. There was a sign in the elevator saying water would be turned off Wednesday or Thursday. None of this was on the hotel website or Expedia. I would call before booking if these things are important to you.

Simple nice size for my family

The staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the floor in our room was so dirty and sticky and made our feet black. It was brought to the attention of the front desk staff and a staff person came to inspect, then clean the floor. However, the floor was not completely clean and still made our feet black so had to wear shoes in the room the whole time. There were bugs in the bathroom tub/shower. No soap at the bathroom sink and the faucet leaked. The matresses,however, were comfortable.

Floors desperately need washing. Next time we will request the top floor because the family with kids on the floor above us ran and stomped like elephants until midnight!

The front desk clerk was very friendly upon arrival. Quick check in. Adequate parking. The staircase was beautiful. The room was older. The bathtub had stained black mold on the grout and up the tile. It was very slippery in some areas. The floor was hard substance and had a film that felt dirty and sticky. The sheets were clean. The bed frame stuck out too far on the corners so we kept hitting our legs. The curtains didn’t block out the light enough from the back parking lot security lighting. The towels were small and thin. Housekeeping did not exchange towels during our two night stay. Nor cleaned the room period. There was a lot of noise heard from the room above us from them walking around. Overall the staff though were extremely friendly. I think just a little updating and soundproofing would help this hotel tremendously.

Very nice and clean!

My stay here at the Nature Inn & Suites was great. We stayed in a single King bed room. The hotel was clean, the staff were very polite & assisted me soon as I walked in. The room we got was very clean, bed was nice & comfy. Bathroom was great. Also has a mini fridge if you need cold storage & a microwave. Also there's an indoor pool & free breakfast. Would definitely stay again & recommend this place!

The pool was dirty they don’t give you clean towels but every 2 days no free breakfast they don’t clean the room but every 2 days I was disappointed because it looked better on the site

Awesome experience

This was a very convenient hotel. I felt secure and the parking area was well lit and safe. Reasonable rates. The negatives were no coffee makersin the rooms and a continental breakfast would make this a 5/5 review. I would certainly recommend and also will stay at this property again.

Large room was clean. We were offered a handicap room without asking. I believe the front desk clerk noticed our age and mobility issues. There was not enough parking on this property. There was no breakfast. The free coffee was terrible and room temperature. No coffee in room. Water in the room was not hot enough. After a rain the night before there was water on the floor between bed and window. The carpet was wet.

We arrived on Saturday 005/06/2023, and had a meeting so we did not check out or room, come back later, the toilet was filled with toilet paper, and cigarettes butts my my Fiancée flushed the toilet, and it overflowed into the floor, I called the clerk he said give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do. The clerk come into our room and said he would need more time to call the manger, (not knowing why it is taking so long to get us a new room that is clean and not filled with who knows what and the smell was horrible) the manager come into the room and plunged and pushed the towels to the back on the bathroom. Manager stated that I should not put cigarettes in the toilet, I explained to him we just come into the room and it was like this, he stated that he clean this room the other day (what to you mean the other day, no WAY this room was clean before we come in.) I told them to get us a new room he said we are full ( I told him to get us a new room, get this room clean for the next set of people that come in. Almost two hours have past during all of this, we finally got a different room. We had 9 rooms 6 out of the 9 something was broken, liking, and not cleaned.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. We were a bit disappointed with the room not being as clean. There was food left in the microwave from previous people and melted candy on the floor

I booked this hotel at the last minute. And was traveling with my kids, and one of the reasons was that they had free breakfast, or at least it was advertised that they did. I believe this hotel was undergoing renovations. It was very clean. I was surprised that they did not have free breakfast even though they were set up to be able to offer breakfast. At the desk they said they do not do breakfast. But they always have fresh coffee. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean but had a very noisy toilet. So they offered to give us another room. The other room we were given, did not have a working phone. We did tell the staff, but nothing was done. The toilet paper holder kept coming off & there was no tissue paper in the tissue holder, just like in the first room & bath towels were very small & rough. The pictures shown here on the site are not exactly what you get. Except for the pool. The hotel needs improvement. And for a little over $100 a night, you think that they would have some of these things fixed since they are not offering breakfast period. Other than that our stay was decent .

Everything was very clean. The staff were nice and friendly. It was very quiet there as well. I would recommend a stay here.
