Clean a little dated but no problems 1 night stay for theatre good location

Rubbish service, nearly rude front office staff. Leaky roof was ignored, noise and damp kept me up. Bed old, mattress tired. Bathroom meh: shower in the bath and poor controls don't help. Honestly, very underwhelming.

Staff were excellent. Room was a little tired. Room chair was verging on breaking, curtains were ripped, bathroom should signs of age and could have been cleaner. The 2 double beds was excellent for our twin room. Overall stay ok, however probably not worth the money.

Lovely large room with spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good.
Loved the location. Easy walk to the tube, around the corner from the British Museum and close to Covent Garden.

Wonderful location, kind staff, comfortable room. We were 3 women for two nights, and felt very safe in the area, and the room was plenty big enough for us and all of our stuff!!!

Great hotel, with an amazing location. The staff is really nice and helpfull. A lot of sounds can be heard and the bed could be a tad mon comfortable besides that I would totally recommand the place.

Staff was nice, very helpful organizing for very early morning transportation to airport. Breakfast was very good. Older hotel with high ceilings. Beds comfortable and rooms very large with a sitting area.

The location was great, and the staff was very attentive. You were close to the tube, restaurant's, parks and much more. The area felt very safe and the rooms were very clean.

Pros are …Lovely comfy beds, nice quiet location. Staff are very friendly & breakfast is good.
Downsides are…
Both bath towels were stained and one pillow case was stained. The shower water didnt drain away very well so had to wait ten minutes between showers to get in.

Facility had very gross carpeting. Outlet situation was bad. They put us in a basement room that felt like a dungeon. No one asked us how our stay was. Needs severe updating. For the price I was extremely disappointed. There weren’t enough bathroom hooks and virtually no drawer storage. Air condition was very weak. One of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Ecelent location near to to west end, siho and covet garden. Facilities well mainteing. Nice breakfast (fruit, juice, eggs, etc). Nice room with a quiet view. My family would defenitly come back.

Grange Beauchamp will be our go to hotel in London for excellent service, comfortable rooms and fantastic location. It is a little but outdated in electrical and technological efficiency. Wi-fi was sluggish. Otherwise and excellent stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Strangely they could "not" give us two guests two room keys saying they were fully booked not having enough room keys to give out. It was very inconvenient for two of us to have one room key only.
After an ironing board was delivered to our room, the stand couldn't stay standing but kept falling flat to the floor, so I had to iron my items on the floor!

It’s an older property but if you go in knowing that, then you’ll enjoy your stay. We found it quaint and the staff was so pleasant and professional, as well as helpful. We had a great time in London and the Grange Beauchamp is in such a great location…near the theaters, restaurants, Museum, and within walking distance to so many things!

Not a fan of check in where the guest is asked to do the work entering data into an unclean looking tablet. This property disappoints as it is in such a lovely area but very much in need of a refresh. Furnishings and fittings are tired looking and dated.

Room was tiny and very tatty . Lots of ants in the bathroom and on the bed . I asked for an iron but it never materialised.

I booked the wrong dates. Not sure why, something in your system glitched and I missed it and booked 3 days in March when my trip is in April.
