Beds were way too soft
Water too hot, shower needed to stay in the blue and was still plenty hot.

Clean hotel with great breakfast, but its dated a bit. No hot water in room.

Bathroom walls peeling (wallpaper and trim). Main corridors carpet torn and lifting up

The tables were worn around the edges, however the rest of the room was nice. The bed was average, not super comfy but not rock hard.

Stayed here so our little family could go to a wedding. We had a 1 year old with us. It was great! Staff was lovely at check in and breakfast.
Pool had misters around where you sit so that I could still cool off while watching my kiddos.
I couldn’t hear any neighbors at night so my kids slept well. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Literally my only complaint would be that the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. It is coming apart in a lot of places and I kept catching my heels in it.

Hotel seemed nice untill the bathroom lights turned on and a few roaches scattered. Smashed and left a couple on the bathroom wall.
I let the person at the front desk know. That there was some smashed roaches on the wall. She said she would have a manager get back to us. Never got a call or message back.

My family has had an absolutely wonderful relaxing stay, breakfast was delicious, room and hotel is clean, staff has been amazing! We will definitely be staying again!

The staff was very personable. I had great conversations with everyone I came in contact with. The food was great, loved the pizza. I will definitely use them again.

It was fine. Basically just a generic hotel room you see pretty much from every other chain. Nothing particularly bad but nothing particularly great either. It was fine. I have no complaints nor great compliments either. Like I said, generic.

Clean spacious room and great breakfast offered. We were very comfortable and loved being able to walk to shopping and food. There is a movie theater within walking distance as well. Thank you for a great stay.

I like the room. Was clean. AC was good. Location was even better. A lot of stuff to do like swimming and working out and even having a beverage downstairs. Staff were great and always positive. Would love to stay again.

Carpet in hallway and in the room I stayed in was unclean, bed pillows was uncomfortable and the parking lot needs carports to keep cars a little cooler so someone don’t have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to cool off the car that is been getting cooked under AZ’s sun…

Excellent customer service, everyone we met at the hotel was very nice and helpful. They were very helpful in explaining what they had to order for food at the hotel and had a list of nearby restaurants if you were interested in the surrounding areas.

I loved everything sit this place! The pool was at perfect temperature and there were even floaties to ise in the pool! Seemed like a nice neighborhood and located conveniently off the freeway.

Very quick but staff at the desk was alert and helpful. The staff during breakfast was excellent. She was in nonstop movement refilling, cleaning and friendly to all.

At no time did the staff do a turn down or clean the room and asked. They informed it was done every other day but never come during my whole visit

This place is just average. In the room, carpets and sofa bed were very dirty and stained. There were two sticky, black stains in the carpet right in between the beds. The hallways smell musty and the carpet was dirty and coming up in some spots. My daughter tripped on the rippled carpet once.
The pool was super cloudy and dirty the first day but better the next two days. A rat came running in the pool area the last morning we were swimming. Breakfast was just ok. There are no waffles.
