Very unique hotel. I think it has the potential for top notch ratings. The only reason I knocked a star off was due to the poor service at the hotel dining. They have zero sense of when food should be brought out, and there were 4 staff members standing around talking and had to constantly flag them down to get any service at all.

A fantastic property and would stay there again. The food was amazing, we atet there 4 times! The staff were super helpful with my father in law who is in a wheelchair.

It is a beautiful hotel, with modern vernacular decoration. Good attention from the staff. Unfortunately the room they assigned us is above the kitchen and that is why it is noisy.

Everything about this hotel made us feel like VIPs. Stunning property, 5 star service, peace, quiet, and luxury. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Puebla.

Lovely hotel, very design. Gorgeous room & enormous bathroom. Front desk staff a little inflexible. No water available for hotel guests.

What a great hotel! Close to the historic centre of Puebla, this hotel had everything. Large bright room with a huge bed and large bathroom.
The swimming pool and surrounding area were also excellent!
We also ate in the hotel's restaurant which was fabulous.

Property is gorgeous. Beautifuly decorated, elegant, unique. My only complaint would be that the bed’s mattress was hard. I prefer a softer mattress.

Even with a movie theatre, parking garage and mini-mall in the immediate area, the boutique hotel maintained its separation.
Upon advice from our friends who stayed previously and were with us on this trip, the only meal we ate there was our final morning. Breakfast was good.
On the negative side, were we not as good walking on uneven surfaces, the walk from the roadside walkway to the hotel entrance might have been cause for concern.

We loved this property and the staff ! Our room was beautiful as was the rest of the hotel filled will cool art work !
Our only minor complaint was that in the late morning and afternoon there was considerable noise in our room due to construction or repair work going on in the hotel during our stay . Minus that I would highly recommend the hotel !

We really loved it, the room was beautiful with tile floors and heavy wooden doors. The restaurant downstairs was great and the pool was fantastic. Not to mention you have views from the running track on top of the building.

I was delighted to find a spacey room, nicely decorated and with everything I needed. Internet was sometimes unstable, but most of the time it was ok. The espresso machine is a very pleasant thing to have in the room.
Breakfast is great and the waitresses were very kind and friendly.
