Great place to stay, best views of Kamloops and beautiful grounds. Highly recommend if you do not need hotel amenities. Parking is easy and free.

Everything was great. We didn’t see any dining options or coffee shops near by, but didn’t actually take time to do much exploring since our stay was short. Having coffee available in the lobby would be a great addition.

Great location - close to shops and restaurants. But ...
I didn't expect the bedbug/beetle larvae sitting on one of the pillows when I removed the bed spread.
I switched to the other dorm bedroom but encountered multiple hairs between the flat and fitted sheets.
I informed the front desk clerk the next morning. She recorded the details.

No living room area just a dining area and 4 double beds, would have wanted a queen size for parents bed. No ice machine. Disposable toothbrush cost 2.50 ea.

This is our second time staying here. This is a college dorm that acts as a hotel during the summer. It is clean and functional offering 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Bang for your buck hard to beat.

Air conditioning didn’t work. It took two days to get a fan and the first person we asked for help was anything but. Very small beds and shower. Loud party the first night.

I’ll start by saying this was not a hotel issue, but if you have small kids or are a light sleeper I would probably look elsewhere. There was street racing happening behind the hotel until about 1:30am, making it difficult to sleep.
The rooms themselves are nice for families, spacious and it’s nice to have the kitchenette area.
They are not that clean though, we found a large b*over on the bed cover, there was a lot of hair in the bed and the carpet was pretty stained.
Overall for the price I think it was worth it, but I would bring my own bedding and slippers next time.

Our family spent 4 nights here. Good location, friendly staffs, laundry room in the basement, big fridge in the suite.
However we found the cushion of all four chairs in the suite are dirty and have stains on them. Also all four are uneven chair legs. Please consider to replace them with the price you're charging.
We brought all our kitchen kits and found it was quite convenient. Just hoped we brought sleeping bags too.

Student housing rented as accommodation during the summer.
Way overpriced.
Cracked paint, stained carpets, cheap and uncomfortable mattress.
There are a lot of better choices in Kamloops for the money.

My main issue is there is no utensils of any sort..i wish you could provide even 2 spoons 2 cups and 2 plates just to get going..Buying everything from scratch is a bit too much.

For the price and the amount of beds I wasn’t expecting a hotel/motel experience. It was good but there was no coffee. Two bathrooms in the room we booked. 4 beds 2 bathrooms. No deposit needed. We lucked out and stayed a night while the bc lions training camp was there 😁😎 so that was a big win for my family.

I can’t understand why people complain about this place. We came for a guys golf trip and these facilities were perfect for us. Everyone got their own room. There was a fridge and microwave. It couldn’t have been more convenient.
