Very new and clean facilities

It was a present stay. Front desk, house keepers very friendly. Rooms clean. Pool as well. Good Continental breakfast. Over all good hotel for a trip or even a room for the night.

Good location

Our stay was great, our room was very spacious, the kids had fun on the pool, the location of the Hotel is very near all establishments, breakfast was great. Will definitly recommend for friends.

My kids really enjoyed our 3 days at the hotel,they loved the breakfast,too. It was a fun time with family & friends. Overall, it was superb:)

Nice hotel. Room Was a little dirty but we came right after long weekend. My son loved the pool And breakfast was good.

That I was able to check in early as my son had just underwent wisdom tooth surgery and needed to rest. The staff no issues and did not add any additional charges.

Newly renovated rooms, clean, quiet & close to shopping

Room and property were overall clean. Daily breakfast was good with options for different tastes. The cleaning schedule for the room was odd but didn’t affect us. The bathroom was a bit dated and I had to clean the shower head as it was visibly dirty. Other than that small thing everything was good and we would stay again.

The rooms looked very modern and color coordinated. Although, the sheets were dirty and had stains on it. The coffee machine was not washed and had dust and powder in it.

10 night work /vacation as my sister lives in Kelowna. I saw online there was renos going on. So I sent my sister over to ask ask, the staff assured her it would be done! So a week later she went and checked again, still some renos also the same reassureance as my husband needed a quiet place to work on zoom, so just days before our stay she went they said they were finished! Ten day stay I made my own bed 8 days out of 10, no bedding changes! 3 days we had do not disturb for a couple hours as my husband was on zoom! Toilet never cleaned bathroom never cleaned...brought us towels 2 times I had to ask. The first time the bed was made I asked the girl cleaning the rooms in the hall to do our room this was about the third day, she made the bed took out the garbage and gave us towels no cleaning! So two days they were removing doors and putting new ones on the rooms in our hall we had to leave my husband had to find a quiet place to work on zoom! Parking 6 nights on the street due to storage containers in lot! 8th day we left in the morning for over 2 hours and nothing again, I called down and complaind ther was no cleaning done and I had to take my own garbage out! She reassured me it is supposed to be done in the evening and we would get full services I said great! We went out came back bed made new towels thats it not even fresh bedding! So I went down talk to the desk they gave me the name of the gen manager Carla I spoke to her on the last day she took two nights off stay

Great hotel, renovated and clean

Room was nice and clean, pool and hottub were fun. The location was perfect for us. It would have been nice if there were more health concious breakfast options such as gluten free bread, sugar free yogurt, more fruit besides red apples.

Great hotel with a free breakfast. Pool and slide are fun. The rooms are recently renovated and large. Our family had a great time and will stay again.

They were sold out and seemed short staffed the whole 3 days we were there. Room didn’t get cleaned our entire stay even though we scheduled it to be. The room layout wasn’t the same as the one that we booked (because they went through renovations) and I just felt like the guy at the front desk was just thinking I was trying to scam an upgrade. That was disappointing. My floor also smelled like marajuana which might be expected at this day in age. Overall though, the hotel and location was fine just a couple of untrained staff just made it not great.

Great place!

Property was very clean. Room was nice and renovated. Staff were great. Pool area could use a bit of a refresh but it was still fun to use it. Road noise is present at times with ambulances, motorcycles and occasional dummy in a truck with a big exhaust stamping on the gas. Drive time from hotel to rest of Kelowna measured in minutes as close to everything. Would stay there again.
