There because of hurricane, glad to have clean comfortable room

very good except for later in the evening when a new person was at the desk and I had to report an issue with the toilet paper roller and he acted like he could not understand the issue. Not the right person at the desk

The stay here is always great.

First I had someone unlock my door at 11pm, the next morning I went down stairs to get coffee, went back to my room my key didn’t work so I went to the front desk and the man excused me of lying about staying there. Later he looked into it and saw I was telling the truth after he cause a scene. I’ve stayed at that hotel for years sometimes a week at a time, never again will I give them a dime of my money or send anyone from my company to stay there.

I booked because of the beds. Our was horrible. It was thin, lumpy and creaked. Worst sleep. I mentioned this to the front desk and he dismissed my comments and said it was the same as the rooms. The check in staff was great- hotel clean. Bed horrible. Couldn’t find any recycling options

We would come again. Felt safe. Room was really clean. Beds so so as far as comfort. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Close to airport. They offer free shuttle to and from but we rented a car from Hertz for 76.00 for the entire weekend. So glad we did. We would stay again for sure.

Great location to stay, especially arriving late at night as we did. We wish we had known how easy it would have been to walk over from the airport - their shuttle took nearly 40 minutes to come get us. We will know next time.

Check in was really easy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was very spacious and comfortable and was clean and smelled good. The ac worked and shower had more pressure than a lot of hotels. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is very nice, but we had a significant complaint about the breakfast. Our daughter has severe food allergies. A sign in the breakfast area claims that special diets can be accommodated, but when asked, they couldn't even provide a single nutrition label. Most hotels keep a binder where they keep the labels from the boxes of food (like the muffins, sausage, potatoes, etc.), or maybe a typed-up allergen list for each of their products. But, at minimum, they should keep the original boxes so their guests can see what they are eating. Allergies are not uncommon these days, and this hotel needs to do better.

The staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. The property was being renovated. Carpets old and dirty looking. I loved the hand held shower head. The breakfast was good with a large variety of food.

Booked 3 months ago, requested two beds for 3, one being handicapped with walker. Upon arrival was told that they overbooked, had to take room on 2nd floor at end of hallway with a pullout bed, handicapped mother had to walk length of hotel to get to the room, will not stay here again, only offer was for a rollaway bed.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful! We would stay again given how well we were treated. Breakfast was some of the better we have had for the free breakfast offered by hotels.

Very nice for the price. Staff was welcoming and addressed my concerns promptly. I take this trip twice a year. I will most likely stay here again. The breakfast was a plus as well. The shower head needed replaced. I have a 5 star due to the overall value with the excellent service!
