Second time we stay here to come to a concert. Great hotel. Friendly staff and nice casino. Our stays have both been for just one night. One very odd thing this last time is that the snacks and drinks they offer are on a time sensitive platform and if you remove them (for a certain amt of time) it charges your room for that item. The front desk person told me that is explained if you scan the QR code to get prices. Well we didn’t catch that but by then we had already removed items!! What a silly way to charge can’t they just charge what housekeeping says we used? Now I have to wait for my receipt to make sure we weren’t charged for the items we “touched” but didn’t open

I requested ADA room. One was not available…what!?
I was able to get a step in shower.
Receptionist was not very helpful or kind…he just stated since I went through a third party, we can’t adjust this. What!? For a handicap! Whatever!
I can’t believe there was hardly any options for dinner. Cafe closed at 2. The wait for hamburger or pizza took over 45 minutes. Hardly any seats..asked to share a table with another couple.
Drinks in concert were $16 for small cup of iced vodka tonic.
Would not return…..

Just thought he was very clean. The room was clean. The only complaint I have is at the beds are extremely hard.

It is one of my favorite casinos. clean, the restaurants have convenient prices, and the energy is incredible

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. We requested a quiet room and they delivered. Slept very soundly in a comfy bed with great pillows. The only complaint is the availability of restaurants. I really didn't want to go back out into the heat so I attempted to make a reservation or get on the wait list for Ling & Louie's, however they don't offer either. The wait was too long considering we were going to a concert. That was a bit of a disappointment.

Hotel room was nice but room was very hot AC only had one vent by the window and the heat hits the window making the room very hot even with AC down to 65 . There were dead moths in the curtains and a toothpick on the corner of the bathroom indicating they don’t clean very well.

Nice hotel with a little casino and few restaurants. It’s all nice just not very big and not much else around. Easy to park for free, and decent amenities but nothing really standout. 2nd best hotel and casino in AZ only to Talking Stick.
