Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Very close to the airport.
When you enter the room don't forget to plug your room key card into the receptacle beside the door, or the lights will turn off about 30 seconds after entering the room! Not a big deal, the hotel is very eco friendly, this is something they have set-up to conserve power in vacant rooms.

The facility looks very good, but we had issues with AC and hot water. The rest was fine.

Very nice hotel and good service. The breakfast was very good with a lot of alternatives. The only downside is the distance to the city centre, not possible to walk.

Our air conditioning system never got cool. We asked about it and was told, we can bring you some fans…” our room was miserably warm and we had a 26 hour flight agenda the following day. It was not a good experience. On the plus side, the staff were (mostly) great; and it had AMAZING food in the hotel restaurant (Michelins starred).

No air con in my room. 2 kids aged 5/6. Worst night sleep. 600 euros for one night which is shocking considering basic services weren’t functional. Pool area was full so no sun beds. Had to wait otherwise you sit on the ground. No management available because it was Sunday evening. Asked to charge phone and even that couldn’t be done properly. Power switch wasn’t turned on. Breakfast had no pancakes.

Fantastic junior suite with a balcony and an extra large terrace. Breakfast was good and the pool area was really nice. Overall, everything was as we expected though the air conditioning in the rooms was insufficient and a bit of a let down.

We didn’t like the Bacchus restaurant, we couldn’t understand how it became a Michelin recommendation, it’s very far from good service.

Great hotel, had everything you need. Buses are really good to get into town as it’s a little further out. Staff were brilliant, especially on reception.
Only negative would be the air con only went as low as 22degrees so room got a little hot at times

We really enjoyed our stay at the Jazz hotel. The hotel is comfortable and has a great breakfast and restaurant downstairs. Great easy location and parking to drive into central Olbia. It is more of an airport hotel but was a convenient place to base ourselves and do day trips to explore beaches and other areas.

No vegan menu so far but they made insalata with avocado and almond milk they had for cappuccino My hubby liked their breakfast very much!
Loved their interior but leaking the water from their shower room, better fix it soon! (#225😉)

The hotel is quiet and beautiful despite being on a busy road. The breakfast choices were extensive. They have a Michelin star restaurant for dinner.

Clean room, friendly service, and within walking distance to the airport. This was convenient, as we didn't want to get the rental car before we needed it. Restaurant on site was good.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel room was spacious. The bed was firm. The A/C was in good working condition and kept cool all night on a hot summer day.

Super easy walk from airport (about 15 min with luggage) and we were allowed to check in 30 min early. Reception spoke excellent English and they were very helpful. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was very good as well! Easy bus stop out front of hotel to go into town center.

Great base for exploring the Costa Smeralda. Comfortable and spacious room. Great pool. Good breakfast options. Easy parking. Very close to the airport that you could easily walk. Would recommend.

It was right next to the airport and a grocery store. However, the staff gave us a ridiculous amount of grief because the two people staying were not the name on the reservation. They threatened to not let them stay and it was a ridiculous hassle.

Nice pool, very clean and nice room. Breakfast was included and was adequate. Given that it is literally across from the airport, transportation to it would be a nice touch.

Nice and clean hotel close to the airport. Decent facilities. Checkin took approx 15 mins though and except one lady everyone was very friendly at the reception!
