Great hotel easy get too always clean nice

Beautiful, clean, smelled good. Loved the shower head with removable hand shower head!!! That's not very common in hotels. Water didnt get hot, only lukewarm, in shower both at night and in the morning, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, great place to stay. Bed and pillows comfy. Pool inside is nice, they have towels available in the pool area for use. Little courtyard is pretty and relaxing. Close to tons of restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Loved the warm cookie at checkin! We did not purchase breakfast so I don't know how that is, just know it is for ourchase at the hotel restaurant, not incouded. But kids 5 and under eat free with an adult. There is a little mexican bakery (Mary's) 2 mins away that has amazing breakfast pastries! Just walk in, pick them yourself on a tray, then they pack them up in a bag when you pay.

One of the soap pumps (body wash) was missing from the shower entirely. The other two pumps (shampoo and conditioner) were empty.

WARNING!!!! Breakfast Buffett is not included like every other hotel. It is $16 per person for pre cooked foods. Also the swimming pool area is unpleasant. (Loud & hot) Wished we would have booked hotel downtown for the same price that included breakfast

Indoor pool and very polite front desk. Clean and safe

The AC units were loud. The sheets were terrible! The most uncomfortable rough sheets I have ever felt. The couch pull out mattress was the absolute worse thing i have ever seen. There was no padding. It was like laying directly on the springs. Besides that, staff was nice, room was clean.

This hotel is very nice and staff friendly and professional. We will secure this site when we stop in Chattanooga to/fro our FL vacations as our half way stopping point.

I didn't like that we didn't have breakfast.

All was well. As I mentioned to the staff, the bathroom faucet was broken and needed repair. I was only there for one night. Other than that, all was good.

The property was great, but the staff was terrible. Especially the thin lady at the bar but she also worked the check in desk the second day I was there. She has a terrible attitude. I was told that dinner was over at 10 when I first checked in. We got in late but was told by the gentleman I could still order and I when I got to the bar/restaurant at 9:40 she did not want to serve me. Even the gentleman at the front desk has to apologize for her not serving us. She took a call outside of the restaurant and said “yea I just called the cook and he is done for the day” I had my 2 year old and we just wanted to grab something and go upstairs. I don’t think she really called anyone considering she had to step out so we couldn’t hear her. I was going to stay longer but decided to stay across the street because this lady was so rude and clearly doesn’t hates being there. I understand it was late 9:40 but if she would have had a better attitude our stay would have been so much better. The next day, I asked for a new key and when I got to my room it wasn’t active so of course I had to go back down and get a new one from her. At the time she was currently taking in someone else and she told that new guest that the restaurant was open until 10. So yea she just didn’t want to serve me and my daughter the previous day. She was very dismissive and was rude for no reason. Iv never stayed in a place where staff was like that. Very weird.

Nice property

The room accomadated out family of 6 which is hard to find in a hotel nowadays. The fold out mattress however was terrible. Our kids basically slept on springs with absolutely no cushion for support or comfort. The other issue we had was that we had no hot water the morning checked out.

Towels are non existence. When I checked in.. I didn't notice that there was only 1 wash cloth . I called the front desk @ 3:30a and was told that I needed to come to the front desk to get them. I asked why there wasn't any in the room and he said he did not know. There's no microwave in rooms. Though that's what is adverstised. I finally went to front desk after spending over an hour onthe phone with Expedia trying to change properties... (that was a big disappointment.) $1800.00 down the crapper. Anyway there was nobody downstairs... however there was a cart with towels, sheets and blankets in it. So i helped myself. Not the level of service i was looking forward to. Avoid the hotel at all costs. And Expedia is not much help either

Check in was awful my wife put me down to be able to check in they refused i had to call my wife asked for a handicap shower chair was rude ly told they dont have any.other than the frint desk the view was amazing

My stay was relaxing. The staff was professional and the room was nice and clean.

The property overall was nice. The issue we had were basic necessities. Our room phone was not working so we notified the front desk and they said they would send an engineer, they never did. When we asked for extra pillows, they somehow"ran out". The shower didn't have any place to place your own items, so it was very inconvenient to use face wash or other items needed in the shower. The shower gel dispenser was broken in the shower so there was no shower gel and no place to put your soap...I called the front desk to voice a complaint and the lady said she would check about The pillows and then send someone up to give us shower gel. No one ever came...The pillows are SUPER dense and can't get comfortable. There was no mirror at the desk in the room so if you have 2 people in the room, good luck getting ready....

STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This place is repulsive. There is a bed bug infestation that the workers fully know about. I woke up with bites and presented a live bug to the staff and their response, “I know we have a bed bug infestation.” This place is awful, never stay here. There is an additional infestation of ladybugs all over the rooms, ceilings, windows and beds. There is signage in the lobby warning you of the ladybugs. Maybe they should be just as transparent about the bed bugs. Lastly, it has been a fight to get a refund for my stay.

The fire alarm went off at midnight. No one knew why. I assume someone was smoking in there room. Reaked of weed on floor and stairway. No hot water to take a shower. Ran for 5 mins still nothing. If someone could contact me about reimbursement that would be great.

Easy process checking in

Our stay was great but we were put in a room with no veiw. When we opened the blind all we could see was spiderwebs and the boiler. So as long as we kept the blind closed we were comfortable. So due to not being able to open the blinds at 6 am in our room in looked like midnight. No sunshine

I was pleasantly surprised by the property since the Double Tree downtown Chattanooga is awful. The woman who checked me in on Saturday 1/6/24 at around 6pm was excellent. I asked her about restaurants and she told me their was a restaurant onsite, I was skeptical, but very pleased with the meal and service. I highly recommend this Double Tree.

Great staff at this location! They noticed we had multiple people on our trip and handed us extra blankets as we checked in. Rooms are very spacious and the modern decor is clean and comfortable.

Clean hotel room, comfy beds, updated interiors, and heated pool were all great!
