Although our room was clean. The public areas needed attention. Our a bathroom was horrible. The shower curtain was missing 4 rings, there was mold and rust on the walls and any chrome fixture. The exhaust fan did not work. The door to the bathroom was broken and hot water only trickled out of the sink.

Staff was great room was great except the headboard but it was posted in the room that I was going to be replaced

Amazing place

The hotel was fine for what we were there for. The room was fairly clean. However the property could definitely do with an upgrade. It smelled like toilet disinfectant in the lobby and hotel but not the rooms. The bar doesn’t open until 4pm and the bartender is handling food orders as well as managing the bar. So sometimes she wasn’t at the bar. Nothing special but again good for what we needed it for. The air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to cool the room at night, even though I had adjusted it. We didn’t use the pool, fitness center or other amenities that the hotel provided. There is shopping nearby and restaurants so it seems as if the hotel is in a good location.

The property needs upgrades the outlet in room 540 on side of closet when you pull the plug out the whole outlet comes off the wall. Shower hot cold knob complicated trying to get the right temp the food wasn’t kept properly house keeping was exceptionally nice greeting staff seemed to be extremely disingenuous except for the big with the bald head and the older guy with glasses were nice and genuine. I ordered food from outside via Uber was not notified by staff that the food was at the front desk lost out on my meal and when asked no one seemed to care. My experience at this property was somewhat disappointing.

What a beautiful place! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. It was absolutely fabulous!

There was a party that went on until 3am. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it. Toilet seat was unscrewed in one side, no hot water in the shower, water dripping from the ceiling.

Room was older, a bit shabby/dusty, with paint chips in wall. No taxis available and Uber will take some time, so plan accordingly. There is an outlet mall nearby-you can walk there, if physically able. I was told the airport shuttle will take you anywhere within 3 miles.

Very nice clean quiet get away for my daughter and I. The hotel had a large family reunion hosted there the weekend my daughter and I stayed and it was still quiet at night the staff was available and room service was perfection.

Great clean property! Great location

Hotel was very nice. But a little worn. Was excited to go to the pool but it needed cleaning. Walls and bottom was covered with algae. Was sorry to see some kids swimming and playing in it. Needed a good swimming pool company to do a thorough cleaning. Needed chlorine and brushing. The lobby was nice with a bar and restaurant. Restaurant smelled good but didn’t see anyone eating but there were people eating at the bar. We reserved thru Hotels.com and not sure if we get the same level of rooms. Our room was nice. King bed with a couch and a desk with fridge and coffee maker. It was a nice room but the lamp shade was broken with some cracks. Didn’t look very professional. The headboard was covered in Naugahyde. It looked like someone had cut it with a knife and then scratched off the finish. I noticed that when I put my hands behind my head while watching tv that my fingernails scratched the finish and had residue under my nails so I guess that was why it looked so bad. They should either replace the lamp shade and repair the headboard or don’t rent the room. We were there for the John Fogery concert and the hotel wasn’t busy at all. We should have got a nicer room but I always feel like using hotels.com we always get a room at the end of the hall and one that is t quite as good as the others. It is right across the street from Tanger Outlets and there are tons of restaurants within a mile or so. Right down from the Top Golf facility.

We liked the location and the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable! The pool chaises need some mending on the seats.

Front desk was so sweet about all my questions and the fact I can leave my car safe til I return for my last nights stay;) and the shuttle service was a great bonus

Staff was super nice

The room had a terrible a damp smelly odor. The lobby and lounge area seem to be update but, I would prefer the room I’m actually sleeping in match with the rest of the hotel. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this property. The members of guest services were really nice.
