Amazing Hotel with amazing staff! Very much enjoyed everything from accommodations to food!

Grace Hotel is a top class resort at Santorini. Exclusive VIP experience in a new property. Hotel is at a Great location so you really do not have to go outside for Sunset views. Great staff and very helpful.

View was great, room was lovely. Staff was friendly. Spa was terrible. There’s actually no spa. Massage was subpar for the price of what a luxury spa would charge. The massage was done in a yoga room on portable massage beds with towels that were not even soft. The restaurant dinner pre fixed was very mediocre for the cost

As a traveling businessman who enjoys taking my wife to nice destinations for vacation, I have very high standards. I am not easily impressed. Grace Hotel and it's staff are second to none. Customer service is taken to the next level. Constantinos and his team in reception were exceptional in helping us coordinate our activities. Demitrus and the Grace drivers were on time, informative, and super friendly. George and his staff made sure our dining experiences with Chef Lefteris Lazarou were out of this world. From check-in to check-out I couldn't say enough to describe how amazing our experience was. The staff is friendly, funny and extremely helpful. The views are incredible. Imerovigli is a little more quiet than Fira and we liked it that way. The hotel was immaculately kept. We'd love to be back as soon as possible.

The hotel was beautiful and located perfectly in the middle of the caldera. We ended up paying extra for more privacy since the room we were given was near the main flight of stairs but the upgrade was really worth it - it was our honeymoon so once in a lifetime. Special shoutout to the turn down service. They always left an awesome treat and extra bottles of water. Our stay was amazing! Loved it!

There was nothing extraordinary to me about the hotel or rooms itself to make the cost worth it. There are hundreds of other hotels on the island and definitely a lot in Oia itself that have better views and is less costly. I’m not sure how they decided their price point but I definitely wouldn’t recommend a stay here when I’m sure there’s other hotels that offer same services for less price. It was also freezing in my room, the temperature would not go up no matter how many times we increased it on the thermostat, but we never brought it up to management because we were only in the room for a little bit. Also our plunge pool was cold so we didn’t even get to use it during our stay which defeats the purpose of why we chose the room to begin with. Overall, find another hotel

Grace Hotel is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santorini. The amenities are great and the service is fantastic. The food is truly spectacular.

It is a very nice hotel, but we did not feel that the hefty price tag was worth it. Breakfast is a curious 5 course set menu... annoying that they dont just offer a la carte. The room itself is high end, and we had a small plunge pool. The main spectacle is the pool which has astonishing views.

This is most likely the best hotel on the island. It beat Oia for views and sunsets, is centrally located and everything is pampered, first class. Also, the food is Michelin quality, so except for touring and shopping, you don’t need to leave the property. A .

Our time at Grace Hotel Santorini was amazing. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was at the bottom edge of the hotel looking towards Skaros rock. The location is perfect overlooking Skaros rock for the sunset and you can see both sides of the Caldera towards Oia and Fira. The infinity pool is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and they helped make our stay perfect by helping us arrange dinner reservations and day activities. Our stay at Grace Hotel was perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better location and service while in Santorini.

Grace has the best location on Santorini! You have an amazing view and you will get some nice photos for your instagram feed. Unfortunately, the hotel had some drawbacks.. We had high expectations! Because we read the reviews, it's a five star hotel and we travel a lot! Be aware: Breakfast is slow and if you want something else, that's not on the menu, the chef used 20min to prepare it!! And when food came, it was poor presented and not the quality you expect from a place like this. We ate dinner at the restaurant the first night. It was only us in the restaurant, which felt a bit awkward. But we find out why pretty quick. Again food was very disappointing and we got so little food we were still hungry (and I do not eat much!). Staff is very polite and truly wanted our stay to be the best. The only problem was they did not understand english so well. But instead of saying so, they just said yes and came back with something completely different than what you asked for... again not the kind of service you expect from a place like this. I would never complaint if this was a 4 star hotel, again I had high expectations because I travel a lot and have experienced an amazing service at 5 star hotels. My advice, do not eat at the restaurant it's plenty of other places with MUCH better value for money, lower your expectation to the breakfast and enjoy the view and pool!

Imergovilli is the nicest, posh place to stay on Santorini island (Ohio and Fira don’t compare). With such beauty (fantastic minute to minute changing sun scapes/naturally beautiful landscape and views) comes cold winds -caldera side known for this. The grace is among the many wealthy properties in this side but is clearly the winner on several fronts. 1 service- everything was provided or anticipated. Something that cannot be taught, one has it naturally. This was the case with grace. Ie nightly in room surprise (known in w hotel chain) kept our excitement as did the varying breakfast menu. 2. Hospitality- concierge real-from Mikaelis (inappropriately named in my opinion “mike” to allow ease of name pronunciation ) with kindness, politeness and professionalism to Dimitra our restaurant bookings, and island activities etc were flexibly, and sometimes last minute managed. To Giannis, the mixologist in the lounge (10 years of extensive experience). Let me tell you as a mock tail afficiando he knows his trade. Occasional only minimal lapses in service ie. we were asked three-four times if we needed transportation even though I had mentioned several times that I had my own rental vehicle. 3. Product Quality- the product is worth the money. A. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Although product line should be higher with this price point ie Hermes, Aesop etc. B. The food quality, and offerings are creative and flexible (my wife ordering boiled eggs off of the set dail
