After11h of flight we came around 6am, no room was available till 2pm. Check out late privileges was not available. They let me stay till 6pm and pay for that time.

Recoleta Grand is NOT a traditional "Grand" hotel! In fact it is an under-stated modern medium sized establishment in a pleasant quiet street in the heart of the Recoleta district which is excellent for walking around. From the warm welcome onwards the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. It instantly became our home-from-home during our short stay.

Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. the free breakfast was great. The area is obviously upper middle class and restaurants are a few blocks away.

While a very grand hotel, there was lot that was not so great. The room was small - and badly laid out. The TV nearly got knocked off 3 times. Only one small bin the room and bathroom. Hoovering outside the bedroom at 9am on a Sunday morning. Noise from the conference suite disturbing breakfast room. Front staff not being able to offer meaningful recommendation (for wine bars or markets).

Nice clean place with friendly staff. I would compare it to a Hampton Inn or Radisson. The dining options are okay but there are plenty of local restaurants. Normally a few English speaking staff that are super helpful.

Always a consistently good property in recoleta. I most always stay here when I’m in town. Modern clean nice rooms and friendly service.

Wonderful accommodations and friendly staff

Location good. Presentation good. However front desk's ability to help me with my challenges with BA banking system to obtain cash was unhelpful. They seemed to have no idea how a non resident, non Argentinian bank customer can obtain cash. This must be a challenge faced by hotel customers every day.

Everything was quite good, a bit random some room service, pool good, food good and not expensive. Handy location no problem arranging service to Airport.

This is a 3.5 - 4 star hotel.There was a damp, mouldy smell in the rooms.The rooms are tired and not well kept (marks on walls and carpets, toilet seat lose).The breakfast selection is basic.Staff are friendly, but the service is slow and inefficient as you had to ask multiple times for something.

Super nice hotel. The staff were nice and let us leave big luggage for a 5 days we were in Patagonia before our check in! We got the best room in the hotel, which was delightfully big, clean, decorated and convenient. 1.5 baths with a jacuzzi to top it all off! The hotel restaurant offers superb fine dining at an amazing price and service (we paid a similar amount for horrible bar food and service in Palermo). We booked onto the massage service too which was very well priced and high quality.

Nice hotel, close to airport and main attractions.

Pleased with our staff. I would recommend the motel give you a daily bottle of water in your room. The cleaning staff would not let us have one on our third day at the motel. Also it would be nice if they had water available in the lobby. We either had to purchase water in the bar or go to fitness center to fill our water bottles.

The Grand Hotel Buenos Aires is located In Relocate close to the most attraction in the City. From here you can explore on foot or by the many quick taxis. I enjoyed the Hotel Services and Luis arranged an excursion to Das Cataract Hotel in Brasil for me. He further arranged a Tango show as well.

I arrived on a 755 am flight and was told I could check in at 3pm, but if I wanted to check in earlier I would have to pay to upgrade my room. The upcharge was not very high, but I did not like getting nickled and dimed at check in. I thought my quick rest would be worth it...My "upgraded" room was on the first floor and facing the very busy Las Heras street. This is a loud street! Rooms facing the street and under like floor 7 should be avoided at ALL costs. The room itself was acceptable but much more like 3* than 4.5*. The hotel is located in a nice area and I felt safe at all times. The breakfast was good, but some items were cold or empty as I arrived fairly late. Unfortunately no server offered me coffee or tea, but the caraffe was on the counter and I served myself. Again not indicative of a 4.5* Hotel. In summary, this is a good option if your expectations are not too great. Can be a good value for the money, but you will not be wowed in any way. It is a solid 3* and not a 4.5* Hotel.

The walls were super thin and one could easily / clearly hear people in the rooms next door.
