The room was ok but the Internet service was terrible. Don't depend on it if you are planning to do any work during your stay.

Friendly staff, contemporary room design, very clean, centrally located, walkable to public transportation, safe and quiet. Highly recommended!

Breakfast really not much to choose

Value was excellent! Room and lobby were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a regular room. 208. Bed was comfortable. Television was Spanish only. We could not attach by Bluetooth to our IPad. Plugs were Euro and no USBs in the room. They provided us a Euro plug hair dryer and one plug adapter. We plugged in double USB port then portable charger, then both IPhones and IPad. That worked. Shower head mount was broken and had to balance with water pressure to hold shower handle in place for shower. The outlet at the desk was broken. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We're regulars there - probably my 5th or 6th visit. Staff always has helpful English speakers. Very good value property - rooms and eating areas kept very clean. Hallways on room floors are a bit tired but kept clean also.

Only stayed for one night and wish I could stay longer. Very nice hotel, clean and very convenient to restaurants within walking distance. I will recommend!

The location is good for Plaza di Mayo, Ave di Maya and Ave di Julio. The area around the hotel felt safe. The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, although they didn't speak much English they were still very helpful. My room was on the 8th floor and there was a fairly constant noise which I assume was the lift mechanism, after 3 days staying there it was definitely getting iritating.

You basically get what you pay for here. The hotel is very simple but safe and clean. Be careful around the area, however. My IPhone was stolen by a guy riding a bike down the street just as I was consulting a map on the phone. Despite running down the street after him yelling "Socorro!!," nobody lifted a finger to help in any way.

It's an OK place to stay one or two nights, but nothing more.

I booked a two night stay, ended up staying one night. To start, I went to the front desk a few minutes after entering my room, due to the outlet at the desk completely missing. Since the phone has no markings for front desk, I decided to go and speak with the person who checked me in. He then called for maintenance and by the time I walked back to my room, the door was wide open and the maintenance person was fiddling around with the light switches, as if I didn’t realize how to insert the key to make the power come on. After a brief exchange (in Spanish), I finally got him to listen to the actual problem at hand, the plastic covering for the outlet was missing and the wiring was exposed. At this time he says “why didn’t the housekeeper tell me about this”…. Little did I know this would be a theme of my short stay at Two Hotel. I then decided to try and get some work done, doing my best to ignore the constant noise of chairs sliding across the floor and loud talking in the hallways. As time went by, I became tired and felt like I should sleep. Around 12:30am, the guests in the room directly next door, were blasting music, so I called the front desk… maybe 30 minutes afterwards. The employee at the front desk was very nonchalant and essentially ignored my call, as I had to call back 10 minutes later asking why the noise level was the same. Soon after, I hear a knock at the door of my neighbors.

Two Hotel offers very cheap acommodation and is thefore very popular. This creates a somewhat hectic atmosphere and you can't be sure the fridge and

LIKE: Cheap, clean, convenient location, refurbished building, guest areas look new/modern. Did I say cheap? COULD BE BETTER: Standard room was small, room phone is not capable of making calls outside the hotel, pillow were of two varieties...too hard and too soft. The areas I pointed out as "could be better" were minor, and considering the price, they can easily be brushed aside. As an example, across the street is a full service hotel, with all the amenities, but for the price of one night at the 4 star hotel, I stayed 5 nights at the TWO hotel, what I saved goes a long way for paying for my other vacation expenses. The breakfast is a good variety of pastries and bread, cereal, ham slices, cheese slices, yogurt, coffee and tea. I will definitely stay here again, provided the price stays low.

This hotel has a lot of potential. The interior could use some updating and the general facilities require some attention. Basic things like air conditioning worked satisfactory. During the peak of the COVID-19 mandatory lockdown, hotel staff acted and treated guests as though they were infected and were unprofessional at times. Breakfast staff were cold and unfriendly although housekeeping staff were generally pleasant and polite. The use of bleach on the room floors damaged clothing and the shower would fill up quickly leaving an less than luxurious feeling. Front desk staff mostly were friendly and generally helpful. A suggestion to be more transparent with information would be helpful.

The room was very clean and the service excellent. Our room was quite small, typical of European hotels. We didn’t have a hair dryer, not sure if it’s the same for all rooms and I had not noticed when I booked the hotel. The location was perfect. The WiFi worked well and fast. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good location with easy walking distance to many important sites. Pretty hotel. Desk service is 24/7, with English speakers. Breakfast offers fruit, pastries, ham and cheese. Next door to Intercontinental Hotel.

The location was good for visiting many of the tourist spots. It is a very clean and updated hotel.

Excellent service and a very nice hotel. Small rooms, but that was expected. Have also stayed here two times before in 2015. Central location, I was walking to almost everything from there.

We arrived earlier than expected and they were kind enough to let us check-in. The rooms were comfortable, kind of small, if you are traveling with kids be careful with the restroom as it lacks privacy. Breakfast is included and it pretty much coffee and bread, "las medialunas" are fantastic. Hotel is located in San Telmo, close to many restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to Puerto Madero. Customer Service was great and they provided us with lots of information. Close to many tourist attractions

Decent hotel with good price. Room was clean, but not spacious. Breakfast was too simple with few options. Staff was not willing to provide a 2nd door access card to us.

Good hotel in a good location with good staff. If I’m ever in B.A. again, I would gladly return to this hotel. The one slight hit would be breakfast. There isn’t much of a selection outside of bread products. However, I also understand that I’m was in a different country with a different view of how breakfast is served.

Situated very close to places we wanted to visit. walking is best as taxi's will triple there rates. Able to store luggage until check in time. Internet. Good breakfast. Very clean and good staff, speak English and exchanged U.S. $ for peso's at best rate.
