Brilliant venue. Very peaceful and a relaxing atmosphere.

Worth paying the extra couple of dollars! All facilities were available. My only issue was the wifi was not existent and the spa bath didn't seem to work. But it was beautiful and comfortable

Size was a huge surprise

Our room was on the ground floor, little view. Plenty of options for dinner. Yatch club excellent. Breakfast options were zero. Required rubbish removal and cleaning were onerous for a one night stay.

bed was terrible, one small chair to watch a very small TV on the wall. no Body shampoo in the shower. shower water covered the most of the floor in the bathroom, and that was with the shower pressure turned right down. Only one glass to have a drink of water with.

Apartment smelt of cigarette smoke and bathroom and kitchen crockery were not clean. Furniture was old and soiled and needs replacing.

Dirty Aircons. Toilet didn’t flush properly and water in shower fills up. Wall and table dirty. No linen on arrival.

The rooms were ok, but there’s an odd smell in the hallways. It just smells old, I think fresh paint and new carpets could really boost everything

Best way to spend a long weekend

Good size Hotel room, close to all restaurants and shops in the heart of Gladstone.

Tired and old, furniture and curtians old and marked, bed uncomfortable. TV was as big as a computer monitor Time for some renovations

Our stay was for 2 nights only, check in was easy room was clean and quite large, located very centrally in the CBD would not hesitate to stay here again next visit.👍

Easy to deal with. Didn’t need to interact with anyone, key was left in lock box for pick up and returned to desk on departure.

Clean units. Comfortable beds except the booking said 2 single and 1 double and my teenage children had to share a double as it was 2 doubles. Rooms clean but bathroom in one unit had been cleaned but there was huge puddles of water in the bathroom.

This was an excellent apartment. It had ample parking in the basement and a lift to each floor. The apartment was room and had everything we needed. It was a little faded looking but still fully functional. The staff were nice and welcoming.

The first room I was put in had a very dirty balcony, I requested it be cleaned so as not to walk dirt inside as they charge a carpet cleaning fee, the room smelt of something like kerosine, very unpleasant, asked about the guest laundry, no such service is offered, I was however moved to another room with a laundry, this room was no cleaner. This property boasts professional cleaning, what a joke. Absolutly disgusting. Extremely dirty balcony floor, windows and sill. Internal skirting boards thick with dust, top of kitchen cupboards greasy, internal kitchen cupboards dirt, filthy washing machine and laundry tub. Mould on the ceiling of laundry cupboard. Tile edges of kitchen were thick with dust. Spots and filth on nearly every wall. Dirty stained carpet, lounge had a vile brown skid mark like stain on it. Long black hair in the bathroom vanity sink. No hand and body lotion in the supplied dispenser. They claim premium foxtel channels, why bother when you cant even see the picture as it was all snowy and unwatchable. The table lampshades were all spotty and dirty, curtains need a wash. Overall a very unpleasant place to stay.

They must need a pest control for the room. My family got the insect bite over the whole body.

We only stayed one night but were v plessed withe the room etc
