Love this place! I feel like you get to experience more of the culture. The hospitality staff was very attentive. The rates are reasonable too. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures on the site.The one thing that I wasn't happy with was the shower. The pressure was a bit low and the water never got hot.

Everyone was really friendly and made us feel welcomed. They were so nice to our kids. The rooms were really clean and well kept. The hotel taxi drivers were great. We had everything we needed. Just be prepared to wait a bit for your food.

My wife and I stay was perfect. We wanted something relaxing and affordable,which it was. The village is conveniently located mins from great restaurants, margaritaville and rick's cafe.

Very cute little resort with easy access to the beach from the rooms. Food in the restaurant was great, service was slow. Overall nice and quiet when we were there except for some late night repairs being done outside out room and also it is close to the main road so you hear occasional loud engines.

Well we chose the broadwalk as we had visited her 7 years ago and ate daily breakfast and lunch here. Also this place is well known for their lobster.the food is amazing and well priced. The lobster is to die for…. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and all staff where professional and welcoming. Really lovely environment. We will definitely go back. Thank you to Elaine and all of the staff that made our stay enjoyable 🤗

Everyone from check in and cleaning was very friendly. The property is nice and in an excellent location. The food seemed a little watered down for Jamaican style but still good. I would stay again.

Awesome service, they reopened the kitchen when our flight was delayed 3 hours. Excellent Jerk Chucken with Fries and of course a couple of Red Stripes! Very friendly! Hats off to Gavin for him treating us "like family"

Right on the 7 mile beach... Awesome location and very clean. Excellent hospitality by front desk and housekeeping. Just a minor complaint... after ordering food from restaurant, it takes 1 hour to get cooked.

This is a village to stay at,I have stayed all over Jamaica and this is a gem. I never stop smiling from the moment I arrived, very friendly staff, clean atmosphere and a wonderful location, the food was excellent. Can wait to visit again

I loved this property. It was the perfect getaway. Like having a private cottage on the beach. The restaurant and food and drinks were very good as well. Perfect oasis to get away from it all

Elaine, the front desk lady was amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious. The veranda was perfect for hanging out at night. Wifi was surprisingly very fast. As for the hotel resto, don't go there when you're super hungry. It takes them 40 mins to an hour to cook your food. I don't understand what took them so long to toast bread and fry eggs and bacon. They don't seem to be understaffed when we stayed there.

One of our favorite places we've stayed. Small property with clean, cute cottage type rooms. We stayed for 9 days. The property is great and the staff is amazing!! Will be back!

Beautiful beach location to relax for a few days. It's quite far from other other beach hotels/bars located down 7 mile beach towards Negril town if you want a bit of variety but it was a gorgeous walk along the beach to reach them. Staff were great and the entire establishment was maintained to a high standard

The rooms had names instead of numbers. I just loved security guard was the best he got to know the guest. Beach so close and everyone was great. One of the most pretty little place you could stay. I would stay there in the future

We arrived on Christmas Day and every staff member we met at Boardwalk Village was super helpful and more than willing to help us with any questions we had. The property is right on the beach and the room was nice for the night we needed it. The A/C was cold, the water was hot, and the room was clean. Again, can’t say enough about the staff there. Super friendly.

Our group of 7 all came to Negril, Jamaica for the first time for Dream Weekend and we must say that this hotel stay was perfect. Before we arrived, Ms. Elaine was very helpful with making sure we had transportation from Montego Bay airport to the hotel at a very reasonable rate for a group our size. The check in process was extremely easy and streamlined and we were even given delicious welcome drinks to kick off our stay. The property was extremely clean! COVID practices were being observed property wide, there was literally someone cleaning the entire time. I saw staff cleaning window panes, door handles, railing, disinfecting floors through the day and night, everything. This was extremely reassuring to see. The rooms were clean, organized and very spacious. The hot water was hot, sheets were clean and fresh, air conditioner kicking. The rooms were cleaned daily. The beds were nice and firm. The young woman who cleaned my room Kadia deserves a special shoutout as she went through the trash for me to retrieve something mistakenly thrown away, just overall excellent service. The staff at the restaurant/bar on site were superb. Raecine, Cavar, Alecia and everyone else provided excellent service and laughs the entire time. The food was delicious! Wide selection of American and Jamaican dishes. This hotel and staff were all literarily perfect. All were extremely kind and hospitable and provided for a excellent experience. We will be back next year! Maybe sooner!

There was nothing wrong the property or the staff. My problem started when my room was supposedly paid for to Expedia and the hotel said they never received payment for it. Very embarrassing. My wife had to call her credit card company to see if the charge had gone thru and it had not. So I ended up paying cash for the room which was not my intent. Very disappointed with Expedia.

Only needed a spot for one night to visit friends staying close to here. This was an affordable and fantastic choice.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was breathtaking. Everything was in walking distance from the cute restaurant grill with amazing food and the beach was a few feet away. I will be returning for sure. We did have an ant problem in the room but everything else was great including the staff.

The rooms and property was well kept. The staff super friendly. The restaurant was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel.
