Nice welcome and comfortable bed. Girls in restaurant were cherry and friendly.

Room stank intensely of cleaning product, carpet was... concerning in the sense that it didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. Toilet flush ran constantly, super noisy. Floorboards were so loose it sounded like you were in a wooden galleon, could hear people walking around in neighbouring rooms and in the hallway-super when it's kids running up and down from 6am. Can't think of any reason I'd choose to stay here again or any redeeming features apart from the fact it was cheap.

An overnight stay after a wedding at a nearby venue so really just wanted a place to put our heads down but the hotel was and room much nicer than expected. Excellent parking facilities. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the river Tay.

Enjoyed my stay, room comfortable allthough would benefit from a lick of paint, a few scuffs and marks etc. Room decor flowery and dated. However a lovely new bathroom, lovely older property with nice communal areas and a really nice breakfast, 3 EV chargers and free parking close to the water front and airport. Would definitely book again when in Dundee.

The hotel was nice from outside and the lobby staff was friendly. However the rooms were just average. The rooms were clean and spacious, but just that they were old and the upkeep could have been better.

Fantastic stay! Upon checking in i discovered i had been upgraded to an executive room which was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff very pleasant and accommodating, food was great.

Have stayed here several times, good value. It was a little noisy late at night with a group or groups of people talking outside our window - first time this has been an issue.

Everything ran smoothly so never needed help as such but all staff we spoke to were extremely friendly. Room was excellent. Really comfortable, great size and had everything we needed. Location was ideal for exploring Dundee, with ample parking.

This hotel was good value, but for travellers
with disabilities it was not ideal. Handicapped parking was quite far from the entrance, there were few marked spots, the hotel interior had a number of doorways and stairs to get through.

It was fine. However the extractor needs attention in 134. It carries on for over an hour after door and light are shut off. Disturbs the peace

A nice "beige' hotel. Decor is a bit dated but room was a good size, clean and comfortable. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Evening meal was ok and lots of choice for breakfast.

Convenient location. Room was large by European standards, bed very comfy. Would have liked a few more snack option on site as few shops near by, but this a minor quibble. Food in restaurant was great, though a bit pricey. Would stay again.

our room was on the second floor and i had to carry two heavy suitcases up the stairs. also long walk from parking to entrance, they need a door at the back of the hotel near the parking. I could not call out from the phone in my room, they only have internal calls.

The parking is a major plus point. It is a lovely old family type hotel. Food was excellent. I had come for a quiet ‘night off’ but unfortunately was put in a room near to ladies having a party in their room - very noisy til late.

There was marks on the bedding and a hole in pillow cases also the room was dusty.The breakfast was alway out of a item so after telling staff we had to wait for it to be cooked.The evening meal menu there was too many dishes that was SMOKED fish

The hotel has beautiful gardens and views. It's very close to the Botanical Gardens and there are buses in to town. The dinner menu is very good. The staff work extemely hard. I feel that more staff are needed as that would be helpful to people staying and also mean that the staff had a better work experience

The view from the restaurant is fantastic, with beautiful
