The place is nice and calm. Well cleaned and maintained.

Arrived at the hotel late due to flight cancellations and delays, after communicating with hotel staff we were reassured the room would be held for us which was a great comfort On arriving at the hotel at 4am we had booked a room for three people however were checked in to a room for 2 people, reception quickly changed our room however we then found that the third bed was literally a sofa (not really a room for three people) and had not been made up which resulted in a second trip to reception to request bedding After this all was ok, service of all hotel staff was great and drinks around the pool were delicious! Hotel pool area was lovely although felt the pool could be a little cleaner and in general hotel could do with a lick of paint and sprucing up

There is NO WAY this is a 4 star hotel. Not even a 3 star hotel. This is a 2 star hotel, nothing more. The primary issue with this property was the noise. We stayed in a studio apartment on the top floor. There was no sound proofing whatsoever between rooms. All hours of the day and night, we heard neighbors to our left, right, and below. We heard talking, laughing, sneezing, coughing, closing doors, moving furniture, music, etc. We heard people in the hallways and on the balconies. Every time somebody closed the front door in an adjacent room, it felt like our whole room shook. I was woken up at least 5-10 times each night by noise from adjacent rooms. 75% of the hotel’s rooms were facing the pool. They had a DJ playing music until 7 pm everyday. The music was fine, but it was loud. If you wanted to take a nap during the day, forget about it. We requested a sea view room. We got the sea view, but the front door to the room was facing the pool. In fact, all the studio apartments had front doors facing the pool. The door did little to block out the noise. We heard the music, plus all the people at the pool who were talking, laughing, or shouting above the music. The room itself was spartan. No decorations at all…just white walls and white ceilings with cheap lighting. Small. Basically felt like a college dorm room. I have no idea why this hotel has so many positive reviews. We made our decision to stay here based on the reviews. But, wow! This was a major disappointment.

Average property, staff hit and miss some helpful and friendly others not.

The staff was friendly. But I wasn’t able to sleep at all with people shouting in the lobby until 3am. On top on that I sat at restaurant to get breakfast for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my order only for them to tell me breakfast wasn’t available anymore where there was 3 minutes to spare before the cut off. Lots of potential. Terrible experience.

Kept hearing the plumbing from the above floor in the bathroom. Water running through pips, sounds like a bad leak about to happen. Other than that property and stay okay.

This hotel serves way above it's star rating! Had a wonderful stay with the most amazing friendly staff, clean and comfortable room - with everything you need! Great vibe around the pool, with lovely food & drink options. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I would stay back at the Beach Star in a heartbeat. Its clean. The staff is incredible. Its definitely in a more quiet area of IBIZA, but the hotel is by far the most happening thing in San Josep. Pool days, good drinks, and Vicky alone makes this place as welcoming as it gets. Well done!

Quality place

This hotel was a perfect location if you are planning to go to Ibiza. Food is amazing, theres a beach literally righf when you walk out the hotel doors. Each room has a balcony. Room is spacious especially for 2 ppl. Vicki, fabio and ruth, were amazing! They treated the 12 of us with great hospitality. If i go back to Ibiza. I would definitely go there again.

Great stay at the beach star, lovely pool area and food available to purchase. One night we did have an issue with guests next door being loud from 6-8am.

Had a nice stay at the Beach Star Ibiza, but wouldn't recommend this area for anyone looking to go out to the clubs- was way too far of a commute.

The location is fine. Not the prettiest part of Ibiza but near enough to San Antonio and there’s lots of things around. The hotel was spotless. The staff were so friendly. The food is really reasonable and absolutely delicious. The sunbeds are absolutely divine, so comfortable. I genuinely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Literally can’t fault it.

Lovely boutique hotel, clean and tastefully presented. Love the pool and poolside DJ. Food and drinks very reasonably priced. Had a great time there and will definitely go back soon.

Spotlessly clean spacious rooms. Lovely staff. Really good value. Most of the guests are young singles but a very pleasant atmosphere. DJ starts at midday - great music.

From the moment we arrived the hotel was perfect. Lovely welcoming staff, the reception area was clean, bright and modern. Our room was just what we needed. View of the pool area as requested. Cleaning staff changed towels and cleaned daily. Bar staff were very friendly and the food was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to other and stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location and not far from anything! Hotel was great, staff friendly, food and drink reasonable prices and a nice variety. The rooms are good size and have everything you need. Only thing is the bathroom is quite dark! Rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. Dj by the pool plays a good variety and the inflatables in the pool add personality and individuality to the hotel

We were greeted by very friendly staff. Breakfast was great value for money. A live DJ poolside made for the perfect chilled out days. A very happy customer!
