Kokomos is a good quiet place,the cleaning service could be better,I was there a week and did not clean,the in house room for ordering dinner is really good,generous size meals

Location was quiet and near money changers and restaurants. Easy access to walking street or SM City Mall. No pool , no restaurant but order in from main kokomos is available.

No effort made to minimize the noise from building site a joining. The noise started at 7.30am.many check out. It is likely to last another year. No apologies they are working right up to room window

Staff friendly. Small problem in checking In, due to computer problems. Location is terrible. Too far from main road..do not feel safe..walking to and from hotel. Noise day and night due to construction next door.

Staff was great. However, construction next door made water shut off multiple times a day with no notice or schedule. Very inconvenient. And while I recognize it’s not the hotels fault, not being able to shower or flush toilet multiple times was unacceptable.

I have Stayed before and the rooms have been refurbished a nice improvement. However on this occasion there were issues. No water for showering no toilet flusing the room smelt bad all day no cable tv one day for down time not barely enough compensation i was in a contract with Expedia I couldn’t get out off

hotel room was spacious and complete with appliances like TV, refrigerator, microwave etc. staff are courteous and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2015 and I had enjoyed my stay. Fast forward two years later and I had a very different experience. I stayed in a Deluxe room on the first floor. The main problems were: * Really lousy wifi. I took speed tests ranging from 100 to 400 kbps. Sometimes the connection would die completely. I repeatedly informed the front desk, they reset the router but no improvement. There is one router per floor, a major upgrade should be done. * Noisy. The window doesn't close completely (the view was some trash and the building wall next door), plus noises can clearly be heard from the corridor and other rooms. * Lousy shower water pressure. * The rooms need disinfection at this point, not just a good cleaning. It's an old building, there are some corners in the room and the bathroom that look disgusting. The plus points are the pleasant and eager cleaning and reception staff, but there's only so much they can do. I think the owners need to overhaul the entire place. The only other pluses are the location (about a 5 min walk to Fields and a 15 min walk to SM Clark) and the bed which was spacious and comfortable.

sounds of water dropping is nuisance. toilet is very old and poor function. Hotel is little bit far from restaurant. Some furniture is very low quality.

This was the third time I stayed at Kokomos Suites and the rooms are older with a kitchen and microwave. They are very comfortable because you feel like you are in your own apartment rather than a hotel room. The wifi is excellent and the front desk staff is very friendly and generally service oriented. There is no daily housekeeping. After 6 days with no cleaning I asked that the room be cleaned and it promptly was. And after that the front desk would ask every 3 or 4 days if I wanted cleaning. Because the building is older some of the amenities are nearing the end of their serviceable life. For example, I was in an upstairs room and the air conditioning unit could not keep the room really cool when the outside temperature was greater than 30 degrees Celsius. The unit put out cold air but not very much of it. However, the rooms are still generally very serviceable and being able to cook is a nice advantage. I would stay there again.

Overall not satisfied with stay the staff was poorly organized poorly trained and lack professionalism. Would not recommend staying at this hotel there are many very nice and better organized hotels near Fields Avenue. Very often people that are not working at the hotel are sitting in the lobby I do not feel safe at this hotel.

This was my second time at Kokomos Suites this year and I stayed for three and a half weeks. The rooms have a refri and microwave and some cooking utensils. They are extremely comfortable and are very quiet. The wifi was ok but a little weaker on the second floor than it was on the first floor. The only criticism I have is that the front desk staff, unlike the first time I stayed there, did not ask if I wanted the room cleaned. I even talked to the front desk about cleaning just twice a week but that was not followed up on. So I asked for a cleaning when the room needed it and they cleaned the room, but the initiative was all mine. Regardless, the rooms are extremely comfortable, quiet and very centrally located. I would recommend Kokomos Suites and return.

Nice clean room with plenty of space. In a quieter location but still very close to all the action. Staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Excellent wifi, NO bugs, great Air Con and free drink coupons to various bars near Walking Street.

Very pleasant staff and support (e.g., lending umbrellas as it rained daily, etc.), close to market and food court.

the hotel service and employees where great. even got a letter to use at the other Kokomos while they upgraded the backup generator. been there 5 time and backup generator there are very common. would highly recommend the staff and hotel!!!

Stayed a lot of nights and for the price was impressed with size of room comes with kitchen and fridge bed is really hard and springs stab u lol Ac great tv great wi fi decent shower was not hot barely warm but for the price can't beat it

All good except expedia advertised a queen size bed which i booked and paid for. When i got there only double beds were availible. Howevever the bed was good and stood up to a good pounding.

As of 11/7/15, construction on Narciso St. was ongoing. Also, there were several region wide brownouts. Other than that, I had a great stay in this hotel.

roadworks gave difficulty in accessing the hotel which was very near the main road, airconditioning is weak
