Overall a great family stay. For kids that go to bed early the outdoor roof parties were a bit loud even from our room on a top floor.

Writing this for anyone who wanted to experience a “VIP” hotel experience as I did: do not place your bets on this place. I truly have no idea how they aren’t rated 3 star or less. Here are just some of the worst traits of the hotel: - The walls are SO thin it feels like you’re in a motel. I could hear the conversations of people walking down the walls and the snoring of the guy next door! - The decor of the room is so bad, it’s shocking. - The sheets always smell weird despite how many times I asked for them to be changed - The elevator breaks down all the time - The furniture in the room is beat up and again gives the impression of a motel or a college dorm room. - The staff seems like they want to off themselves - moody and snappy. Especially the ones who work at the pool. I felt obliged to write this review because I booked this trip as a treat to myself based on all the hype this place gets. I truly regret it and wish I had chosen somewhere else. There is truly no way this place can be considered anything beyond 3 stars.

We loved the rooms! The rooms are spacious and new. However, we had to call for maintanance 4 times over a clogged toilet which is a very basic thing

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was set up well and comfortable. The balcony and pool are what sold us on the location and it did not disappoint!! Easy walkability to restaurants and parks. Only disappointment is that we were overcharged by valet and no one followed up with us when we made a complaint. We still have not received a refund.

My stay at the William Vale hotel was perfect was to spend my birthday!!! Great room service!! Staff was very attentive but just didn’t get my free bottle of wine

I’ve come here so many times over the years . Not sure if it’s less staff and more people . Worst stay so far ! The pool was so dirty , menus , cups , literal trash floating around . The front desk , concierge, and the room service line would not pick up , no matter how many times I called ! Everything I need I had to leave and ask the front desk and still wait ages to receive items keeping me confined to the room and ruining my stay

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Easy to get free street parking on the weekend. We wish we had known you had to register to use certain hotel amenities - mainly the pool. By the time we found out, only the 8am pool times were available. We made the best of it and had a great time but it would have been nice to know in advance so we could plan better. Nice stay overall.

Stayed at this hotel because my teenagers had a concert at the Mirage Avant Garde. Easy to get to the venue by subway from Bedford Ave which is one block away from the hotel. Nice quiet area with some nice restaurants.

Location is great, staff was great. Some of the buttons in the elevator didnt work. The closet in my room didn't close and needs to be repaired. The cleaning and turn down services came very late. As a guest wanting to use the pool there were restrictions on where I could sit unless I wanted to pay extra!

Love that the property was centrally located. The room and balcony were decent size. What surprised me was access to the pool. I didnt know it required a reservation for guests and even with the reservation it's still first come, first served. Other than that, the hotel is a vibe!
