Staff was GREAT. Only one complaint, none bath tube. Is very small space.

We arrived on a late flight, and could still check-in. The hotel is close to AEP. I recommend taking an airport taxi instead of their transport system. We were told it would cost $18 USA but the driver charged us 35$. We had to dig in our carryons to find cash, as we could only pay by cash. The hotel clerk said it said it should be $15. Then we did not have cash left to get stuff at AEP airport. We liked the hotelbut the gouging on transportation ruined our view of the hotel They did have a good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms

Rooms spacious. Staff is very nice and respectful, but didn’t come through with any of our requests. Good location. Many dinning options within walking distance.

Very good

The worst bed ever, either it was very low cost/ quality or the mattress is very old. The pillows are thick and cheapo. When we arrived the elevator to our tower was not working had to take the other tower elevator, get off at a higher floor and then cross and go down the stairs. Big mistake staying at this place because of the size of the room.

I really like the Recoleta area

Spacious room, clean, decent amenities; the mattresses are a bit firm, however.

Great rooms with super friendly and efficient staff.

This was a lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights upon arrival in BA, then 1 night a week later, when we picked up our luggage, stored free of charge, before an Antarctic cruise. It was clean and comfortable, tho we had no view. The swimming pool on top was small but refreshing. Breakfast was good--good coffee, real juice, croissants, and other pastry, fresh fruit (and canned) eggs, bacon yogurt cereal, available til 11 AM. No generic pancakes a la Best Western, possibly why others complained. The best thing about the hotel was the service. The front desk was always available, to book a taxi and tell us the cost in advance, give directions and dining advice, store luggage, etc. They even delivered us an adaptor when ours did not work. When we were leaving a little late, they extended our stay without asking. The only negative was that the first very large king-sized bed we had was soft. No ice in the room, but later they said we just had to ask.
