Great hotel; lovely room, helpful and polite staff, clean and lots of space. Breakfast was outstanding. I have no complaints!

Booked a room with double beds , the photos are nothing like the actual room and I’m not joking when I tell you the beds are best suited for children 12 or under. 60 countries traveled and never paid so much to sleep on a super single bed. Went to another hotel putzlier and got 2 much better rooms for the price of one of these pathetic rooms

The hotel was located within a walking distance to Palermo's restaurants and shopping with lots of street markets. The staff was very helpful in figuring out how to move around town and booking activities. The breakfast was surprisingly very good. Highly recommend it.

Excellent, clean and modern hotel in a very centric location.

Our family enjoyed our stay in the great Palermo neighborhood at the Dazzler. The rooms were excellent, as pictured on the site, clean, and comfortable. (And finally a hotel with more modern air conditioner that doesn’t keep you awake - better than in USA)! The hotel staff a friendly and kind, and we appreciated their accommodating getting our family rooms across the hall and for early check in after a long overnight flight. The neighborhood has several great restaurants within walking distance, and Ubers are readily available for wider access from the hotel to any of the best restaurants of a Buenos Aires from this point in just a few minutes. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast, and for extended hours (compared to US hotels)! All of our group commented about the breakfast and how overall was a gem this hotel is. Several of us have been to Buenos Aires before and plan to again. We will look to see availability in this hotel next trip!

Was a very nice property and friendly and helpful staff

Good location, nice breakfast and great staff. But this property is definitely in need of some TLC. A lot of visible wear and tear in the hallways and room. But we enjoyed our stay regardless.

Wonderful value in great area!

Front desk person and Manuel at Concierge were fantastic. Very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms large. Comfortable bed. No Coffee! Shower very weak.

The hotel staff was very helpful in booking a dinner and Tango show for us, that included pickup and return. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing pause to unwind.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location and many quaint restaurants with great service and remarkably good prices. We felt very safe walking around and experienced no problems of any sort.

Convenient. Located with walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, markets, and bus station in the Palermo SOHO area. Nice rooftop pool for those hot days. WIFI could be beefed up a little, I found it constantly having to reconnect every couple of minutes.

Property had great locaton to the Newbury airport that we were flying out of the next day. It was clean, large, inviting and the staff were friendly and accomodating. I would recommend to anyone. Sadly we were not there long enough to utilize all of the ammenties but it seemed like a great spot!

Location, cleanliness

This is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms and the building is old. Bar service id average, but the charges are 5 star hotel charge.
