Retro style motel vibe is exactly what we were looking for. Rooms were nice, pool courtyard was lovely. Super close to bakeries, shops, restaurants and beach. Bathrooms in rooms could use some love.

Front desk lady was very nice. But Unfortunately we found a big cockroach in our room and had to get switched our last night. A/C isnt the best and had to leave some clothes behind because of the situation. Very dissappointed

Typical low cost option. Very poorly insulated, very noisy, minimal wage cleaning crew is obvious with trace hairs prevalent throughout, especially in the bathroom. Cheap pillows and not covered correctly with pillow cases. Very loud window AC unit. Staff service/logic very poor. I asked for a late checkout (one extra hour) on a Sunday when it was obvious the hotel was nowhere near fully occupied, and they clearly have a canned statement “no late checkouts, no matter what”.. not that I would ever return to this hotel anyway but that’s the sort of attitude that guarantees no return business. I suspect this is owned by Russians, so that would explain a lot.. Find another place to stay.

This is a perfect boutique motel/hotel with (2) small pools that had a bin full of floats for the kids. Its right next to the W hotel which has some great restaurants within 3 minute walk. The room was spacious with (2) seperate rooms with a Queen Bed in each. The shower/bathroom was in smaller side. It had a mini fridge and microwave plus a wine opener if you buy wine. Keep in mind, this is a solid 3 Star Hotel - put those 5 star hotel expecations to the side. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the area seem to be quiet. We did not spend much time inside the room as we were at the beach, pool or eating on the beach. This was a perfect location and ideal if you just need a relaxing place to sleep. I would stay here again for our next trip to Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Affordable, great location. Within a mile walking distance of all great restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach. Hotel isn’t part of chair rentals on the beach but you can rent through other hotels. Pool area is peaceful and not busy. Had a room that was basically an apartment and it was great .. not upscale but clean and updated.

This property is structured like a motel. The location is great. It’s a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Both pools were clean and nice places to relax after a long day of fun in the sun. I would stay here again. The property does show signs of wear and tear, but it does not look run down.

Really quaint beach style motel with nice rooms and a private pool. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Room was clean and perfect for what we needed for a reasonable price, and a 5 minute walk to the beach and shopping! Definitely consider this property if you’re looking for a no fuss, reasonably priced stay near the water.

Ac wasn’t as cool as it should be.Bathroom tub drain wasn’t working.

First time staying here for a mini vacation and it was great. Rooms are adorable and the staff is great. We walked 2 mins to beach and all the restaurants are one block away.

The location is perfect walk to beach and the 2 pools are very nice the pricing is great I will be back it’s a new favorite in Ft. Lauderdale staff is very friendly & helpful

We booked a two bedroom for a weekend. there was supposed to be a living room with a seating area, but there was not. There was one bedroom with two beds and then the “second bedroom” was the main living room with a large bed in it so no privacy at all. The floors were disgusting, our feet were black from walking around. No hot water, very few outlets and lighting and then outlets didn’t work. A very weird sweet musty smell. Very outdated unit with rust and cracking everywhere. Would not stay again.

Ilona and Nicole were super! Friendly, attentive and just all around great hosts. The property is a bit older than I expected and than it shows in the photos, but the staff, location and the perfect weather we had - made this a great stay-cation!!

I feel like giving 5 stars to each category minimizes the ratings but there was not one thing not excellent about any of my stay! Absolutely adorable small hotel in a great location. Beach is not even a 3 minute walk, grounds and pools were immaculate and beautiful. Staff was outstanding- kind and helpful and beautiful smiles!!! Towels. Chairs....everything we needed for our girls trip. I cannot wait to come back!!! Love this gem!

The hotel was close to many amenities. The pools were great, using the beach towels and chairs was perfect! Will definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 4 with 2 boys ages 12 & 13. Great location- walking distance to the beach and they had beach towels and chairs and umbrellas to check out for free. It was very clean and was spacious (king bed in main room and 2 queens in other room). The kitchen is tiny but perfect for the short time we stayed. This unit was actually 2 units combined so there were 2 bathrooms- although you couldn’t use one of the showers because the curtain didn’t stay down and water went everywhere. One negative was the noise level… the AC units are VERY noisy and I could hear them through ear plugs… so if you travel during the very warm months, be prepared for noisy AC. Also you can hear people when passing by your unit - it’s pretty loud. Ear plugs help. Otherwise it has its own pool, outdoor shower, pool toys, the other people staying there were very nice - not the crazy spring break crowd we expected. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. We would stay there again!

This is an older hotel amongst high rise luxury apartments and hotels. If you aren't looking for pristine and fancy, this place is perfect. I hopefully never have to go to Fort Lauderdale again, but if I did, I would purposely seek out this location.

The hotel was fine, A/C had a hard time keeping up and never ever turned off. Bathroom was hot, no A/C. Kitchenette was very nice, Beach Chairs were aweful. Would have been nice if floors were swept quick each morning. They get dirty easily and nothing to clean with.

Great location for the price. Close to a starbucks, the beach, restaurants. Everything walkable. No view and not directly on the beach but for the price it was great because the location is walk-able.

We had a wonderful time at this property, just a block or 2 from the beach. It was quiet, even with some of the spring break kids, they were respectable and we had fun talking with them. The beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were an awesome perk to take to the beach. This trip was 2 couples taking a long weekend getaway. The only improvement I would recommend is larger trash cans in the room.

The room was clean. The pool was clean. I was frustrated that the internet wasn't consistent and I wasn't able to work when I was planning to be able to work. And the television kept freezing during shows. But overall it was a decent place for the price and provided you didn't need Wi-Fi or want to watch TV it was great.

Very nice area and clean facilities. Make sure to request cleaning services because they do not do it without request. Clean towels every morning, and great pool area. Very close to the beach and overall great stay.

This hotel was older and not the most updated but was walking distance to the beach and restaurants and that is what we wanted for the night.
