This was a repeat short weekend stay after a week's stay one week before. We were upgraded to a suite which was extra nice to have a separate lounge. All the staff were efficient and helpful when needed. Great location, close to shops and lots of eateries just walking distance away.

Location is good and rooms are spacey. But the basic rooms are on level 1. There is external noise and lights affecting the bedroom as one cannot fully cover the gaps. The AC did not seem to heat at all. And the sink was clogged. Overall the furniture was dated and low quality. Bed was confy and clean.

A friendly reception, good car parking at a reasonable price, spacious, clean and comfortable room with good amenities and only a short walk to the station to get to Sydney CBD. Loved the complimentary hot drink for all our family in the morning, nice touch!

The staff were fantastic. The room was very clean. Loved the free coffee in the morning. Was one of the best tasting we have ever had. Will book again for sure.

Great location hotel in the middle of Chatswood for food and shopping. It’s still modern. Could be a bit cleaner though as there was dust on curtains. Loses a star only because It’s also very loud and noisy in the morning during school days as it’s right next a school and they use loud speaker announcements in the mornings.

The room was very well laid out and spacious. Loved the full fridge and kitchenette. Bathroom was large and modern. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. I stayed here for an extended period when moving home a couple of years ago, and was nice to be so warmly welcomed back. Silkari Chatswood is still every bit as good as it was a couple of years ago - Location is excellent and free barista coffee in the morning a lovely touch! Would highly recommend.

Silkari Suites is situated right across from Chatswood Chase shopping centre and close to the Concourse theatre. Staff were friendly and helpful with ample parking available. The train station was within a short walk and there are an abundance of eating options close by.

How much space I had to myself, three seperate areas for one person accommadation, and the bathroom was expecially large and well equiped. Plus where the apartment was located close to supermarket and shopping mall across the road.

Nice to have complimentary coffee served every morning. Except for the elderly man behind coffee machine was very unhappy and loudly said no more coffee making! I would prefer happy person serving my coffee.

the only thing that didnt go to plan was that i asked for 4 robes to be left in the room for two couples and there were only 2. when i asked reception to bring more they didn't arrive. i also had to ask reception for slippers x 4 there were none.

Ive stayed here 6 times in the past, hence booking here often. Its close to work and the shops.
This stay was awful. We were put in a terrible room, window facing garbage and filth. It was noisy at night, hair on the floor, fridge not working either. Parking was charged at $25.00
Booked a balcony room, didn't get it. When asked for correct room after check in was told there were none available.
But the hotel was not full at all.
We are VIP members with our Booking app, always have Guaranteed upgrade, free parking etc.... Nothing this time.
I will not be staying ever again.
Meriton will be our go to hotel from now on.
Really dissatisfied and disappointed in Silkari.

Location is spot on. Not my first stay, was at a 2 bedroom suite before. This time checked in studio deluxe suite. The room was very warm for me. Even though I can drop the temperature the fan was only at 1 so could hardly feel the aircon. When I rang reception , I was informed tha fan speed cannot be increased. Also it would be good to have block out curtains and not just the black see through specially when it is so sunny and bright outside, its hard to get sleep.
