Garry and Helen were very welcoming and great hosts throughout our short stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts set us up for the days ahead. We're looking forward to returning at some point.

Fantastic bed and breakfast, room was spotless and felt very fresh and modern, lovely thick carpet and comfy bed. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and their breakfast was very tasty, I would definitely stay again and plan to do so when I’m next in the area.

Garry and Helen were friendly and helpful. The garden made it easy for our dog too. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. USB sockets around the room were a helpful touch!

On the way to the B and B I got stuck in traffic and let the owners know. I was categorically told that if I didn’t arrive by a certain time I could not stay. Not the type of response you want when you are stuck in a traffic jam! The stay itself was OK - I would have rated it more highly if the initial contact had been handled with more understanding.

The School House is spotless with a warm welcome. Comfy room with dog bowls, his own towel and blanket all in the room. Great off road path to the local park, seconds away which was really handy for last night and 1st thing necessities! 10 minute, mainly quiet, walk to the Pub I chose to eat at (Stretton Fox). Great breakfast watching the birds feeding and Shadow our dog was made so welcome! Plenty to do in local area; Marbury Park yesterday and Lymm Dam today, both a few minutes drive. Would definately stay again. Thank you

Close to Warrington, easy access to motorways. Semi-rural location so good for taking dog for walk and space to let her run around. Good pubs close for meals. owners very welcoming and helpful Breakfast excellent and freshly cooked.

Really lovely B&B and they were wonderfully welcoming. The old school house is exactly that. Parking was easy and lovely little garden. Comfortable bed and breakfast was great. Will be back in a couple of weeks
