We loved our stay here--comfortable, lovely and lots of room for our large family. The kitchen area and family room were our favorite spots. It was a great plus to have lots of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Comfortable beds, great showers and lots of little perks--coffee bar, cookies upon arrival--we felt special. BONUS: I texted the owner why we were there (to watch our nephew play OSU vs K State Baseball--and she left us two tickets to enjoy (we needed two more for the Saturday game). How cool is that? This home is perfect! We walked to Aggieville (even though it was cold), because it was like 3 blocks away. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Our group went out after the rodeos each night and were probably louder than we should have been, but we apologized to the upstairs tenants and they said they never heard a thing. Loved our stay. Communication was a generic, cookie-cutter email, but very nice. We had sent an email after booking the home with some questions, but there was no response. Again, not a deal breaker. Definitely will rent here again next year for the college rodeo.

We were in town for a basketball game and to see our son in college, and traveling with 5 kids ages 12-17, and the house suited us perfectly so that all kids got their own bed! Walking distance to campus and Aggieville was a big plus for this property. Host could not have been nicer, and the house is perfectly appointed with everything one would need! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Used the property for 10 of us to crash between all the wedding festivities. Great place to be close to campus. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great house and host!

Holder House was a great place to stay. Location was excellent, it was clean and well supplied. Good communication with owner. Some of the beds were a little tall but all were comfortable. This is a place we may stay again.

The Holders House was absolutely perfect for our guys trip back to Manhattan for a golf trip and Homecoming. With six guys there was a bed for everyone and the house came furnished with everything we needed to cook in or take a short walk to Aggieville. The Big screen TV and large dining table for games is perfect for when we just wanted to hang out at house.

We had a great stay. It's a good location within walking distance to Aggieville and had plenty of space for our group.

We thank you for the perfect VRBO. Could not have been better. Everything was great. We will definitely stay her during our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The Holders House rental is located within walking distance to Aggieville and campus. Perfect place to stay with a group, the individual bedroom/bathrooms provide plenty of privacy. Sufficient parking spots for a group with multiple cars. Well furnished and clean, would stay here again.

Beautiful place for our family to gather for my sons wedding in Manhattan. We enjoyed being able to hang out together for a long weekend. Really nicely decorated.

Everything is, as advertised! The house was great, we used the porch every morning for coffee and yard is perfect for little ones. The weather was perfect and we got props from the wedding party for the great location. 5 Star all the way around!

Multiple people in our group raved about this being the best Vrbo experience they had ever had. We had a large group from all over the country travel to Manhattan, KS for a friend’s wedding, and this house was the perfect fit for us. One of the biggest highlights was having four full bathrooms to use while everyone in the house was getting wedding ready. Mary Ellen was very accommodating and responsive. The home was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen supplies, and anything we might have needed during our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and if we ever have a group traveling back to the Little Apple, I will certainly be checking availability for the Holderness House! (Also, as someone with a career in marketing, the consistent Holderness House branding was a cute touch that I appreciated!)

This was the perfect spot for family to gather for a graduation celebration. We had everything we needed to entertain and plenty of room to spread out. The owners have paid close attention to the little details and the house was super clean. We had a great experience at the Holders House and would stay again without hesitation.

The Holders House owners were great. They provided an exceptionally clean, well styled home. The welcome cookies and bottles of wine were much needed after the long drive from Colorado. Excellent location to experience Manhattan. We were in town for a wedding in an adjacent city, and it was the perfect spot for my large family as a home base while we were in town. We will be back again!!

Wonderful home in close proximity to everything we needed to do in Manhattan. The host went above and beyond to help guests feel special. Toiletries for the showers, plenty of plush towels, homemade cookies and a big kitchen with all the things you would hope for to cook with. We loved the lists of local restaurants and things to do nearby! Beds were comfortable with tons of closet space for each room. Our kids had room to roam and we were able to spread out across the house! Thanks for a wonderful stay in Manhattan!
