My colleagues and I chose this home for a work retreat due to the number of bedrooms and size of the table available. It was a nice neighborhood and safe enough to go for a walk during the day and early evening. We had plenty of room to spread out in multiple areas around the home. Only negatives were a couple of the beds were hard and there were no bath mats for the bathroom downstairs so we had to use one of the two towels provided so we didn’t track water everywhere. Really nice house, would definitely stay here again!

The location for what we wanted to do was perfect. A short drive to most of the places we wanted to visit. The house was in a nice neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and was attentive to anything we needed.

Place was very nice and the check out process was very straightforward. Would highly recommend.

The Game Room was old, dark and had very outdated games. The towels were old and hard and some of the bedding was stained. One of the neighbors yelled at us the first day we got there because they said the trash bins were never moved from the front yard in a year. Otherwise, the location was great and the home itself was lovely. We especially enjoyed the big table in the dining room.

Enough space for 3 couples with 2 kids each. Nice back patio and neighborhood. Property owner quickly responded to questions and was very friendly. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here despite rain each day (so unusual gif Denver). The house was well equipped, had comfortable beds and room arrangements, and the large dining room table was excellent for our graduation celebration. GeorgeAnn was responsive and kept us updated on everything. The neighborhood was very safe with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely rent again.

Unfortunately- my family and I were in town for medical reasons. The description of the house was spot on and fit our needs well. Georgeann ALWAYS responded and very quickly too. Thank you so much for allowing us into your beautiful home.

Spacious and nice. 2 of the beds were so uncomfortable and hard. Towels were hard like they were very old after many washes or just cheap. Otherwise, kitchen was great, and it was a nice stay.

We brought family in from around the country. This house was comfortable, really big, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to host the family from Home Alone. The game room downstairs was fun. Family consensus: we would all definitely stay here again.
